Building owners need to address the issue of not having an automatic door for people who are mobility challenged. I could not open the door and get my wheelchair inside. Once inside, you were very accommodating to my physical challenges. Very kind, very patient and explained everything so that I could understand. Lots of frame choices. I am a repeat customer and I do recommend Super Optical.

Dr Arnao was thorough, responsive and considerate. I appreciated his helping me to understand my vision, how it's changing. Jen took time to explain the options for selecting frames and progressive lenses, how they work, my adjustment to them. Very personable and professional. Wish I'd gotten her phone # ;)

This visit was one of the best I have ever had. Dr. Arnao questioned me about how long I wore my contacts (my answer was until they didn't focus any longer - wrong answer!) and was told he would put me in a pair and to change once a month. My exam was from Dr. Choi, a resident, and she was exceptional! (they should keep her). I now wear both contacts and see very well. I also updated my driving glasses and am very, very satisfied with my visit. I have been going to Super Optical for 31 years and will continue in the future.

Appointment is quick but the physician does not communicate with parents/guardian about the exam findings and seems to ignore the guardian all together. The gentleman helping with the glasses and frame is great- very helpful and answers questions knowledgeably.

The doctor was great! The girl that helped me was awesome! However while I was getting my order placed another employee came in and the girl helping me told him good morning I think asked how are you and he was an ass. He just gave her a look not so nice and didn’t speak to her. Made her uncomfortable in front of a customer. Made me angry that he couldn’t even be nice in front of me. He owes us both an apology! Mostly his coworker!

Everyone at Ur facility is super professional except the guy u had answering the phone on Saturday. He was super rude and wouldn't listen to my situation or even offer to help me with it. Employees like him r why patients find other places to go. I picked Ur facility because I have a friend who works there....but I could have easily gone anywhere else. Jon I think his name is needs to understand and learn that there r times situations outside the norm happen, and outside the box thinking is in order for those situations. Not every patient is run of the mill nor is it cut and dried. Jon my suggestion get accustomed to thinking and doing what benefits the patients.

They were quick with my appointment. I was in and out. I’ve been going here for 3 years. The only thing that needs a little work is a couple front staff that need to smile more. I like to walk into a place a see that people like to be at work and to feel welcomed, not a quick are you here for an appointment and sign in here.
