I was in for a cleaning. Lois are Dr. Frank S. are professional, knowledgeable and caring. They make the patient experience very positive and as pleasant as possible. I would recommend them to any one requiring dental care.

It was a very pleasant experience with Nancy and Dr. Frank with my teeth being cleaned of plaque and tartar extremely meticulously and then leaving with my favorite toothbrush which I cannot find at any other store since I don't order online, so I am appreciative of the good care and attention to my teeth.

My 12-yesr old daughter had two appts a day apart, one was a checkup with Lois who was wonderfully kind and introduced herself, explsined every action, tool, x-ray, etc. we will work eith Lous anytime. The next day we came back to seal 12-year old molars. The experience was negative. The Dental assistant was obviously stressed, complained about how the appt was not spaced out enough, she did not introduce herself, was short, and frustrated with my child. We had not done this in 2 years. She was rough with my daughter who was mad and in tears when we left. We will not allow her to work on my child again. She was short and frustrated with Dr. Frank. It was unpleasant overall.

Before starting the procedure on patients quick review on patient medical history asking any medical changes from last visit and check blood pressure as i have seen that in other dentist office
