Arrived early, was taken back for my pretest right away. Dr. Pack is very through with the exams and the office staff had everything ready for my payment as soon as I came out of the exam room.

Our 3yr old was made to feel welcomed and comfortable and the staff communication and patience towards him was wonderful. He left feeling very positive about having glasses and us as his parents felt that his exam was through and we didn’t leave with great news about where his eyesight currently is but I feel like we left with a great plan to improve that and that’s very comforting.

Dr. Takahashi is passionate about quality eye care. I trust her extensive up-to-date knowledge and her caring wisdom. Her office runs smoothly and staff are very helpful and professional.

Takahashi Eye Care did a very good job at setting me up for my first appointment. The doctors had a lot of information about the questions I had asked them. There a lot of great frame choices one of which was something I was looking for. I would recommend this place.

Office seems well organized. Positive and upbeat atmosphere without being fake. Doctor knew his stuff, and followed his training. That evaluation yielded results I've not received as nowhere else over my decades of optometrist visits. Surgery and contacts were not marketed to me. The selection of frames was good, not overwhelming. Saturday appointments are available, and i was able to get an appointment a week out. Professional all the way around! I look forward to my next visit with them!

I have made the drive from Livonia to Ann Arbor for several years to see Dr. Joyce. She is so thorough not only in the testing of my eyes, but also in explaining the aging process of your eyes. Knowing she has advanced training beyond a franchise eye clinic, makes me feel secure that I am getting 5the best eye care. She's never been anything but pleasant and all of her staff is very kind to deal with in person and over the phone.

Dr. Pack was fantastic with my reluctant-to-be-there child! He started by building rapport and then proceeded with the exam in good humor. You guys are awesome!!

You were able to fit me in the same day that my eye began giving me problems. A doctor was even willing to see me a day the office was closed! All the doctors I’ve met with have been very welcoming, and I love that they explain what each test is measuring. There’s always joy between all the employees that I’ve met.

The experience was mostly fine. Would be helpful to warn about paper work needing to be filled out and even better if provided on line or with an electronic tablet. Your frame choices did not include frames I really wanted.
