Amazing

I was at the Target Optical in Fenway Boston looking for glasses for work and presentations. I had made an appointment and was greeted and told about the process. Dr Quach was my optometrist and explained what my prescription meant. I really loved meeting with Ken Fazio, who helped me pick out frames based on my use of the glasses and my profession. He also advised me on things I wouldn’t have thought of like picking frames that fit not just stylistically, but on my face shape so the glasses would be comfortable and I wouldn’t need to keep adjusting them when wearing them (and hopefully wear them more). Highly satisfied with my visit, which is 100% the great customer service from both of the people I had contact with.

The doctor was very patient and informative. This is my first eye exam in the US and the experience was great!

Although the check in process took a long time because there was only one receptionist who was assisting another customer with a purchase, and my appointment was delayed for 10-15minutes because the doctor was a little behind schedule, the appointment itself was just fine. The doctor listened to my concerns, asked me questions about how I was feeling with my eyes, and explained everything before doing it. It was just a routine eye exam, but I’d never had one outside of elementary school so that was very nice.

I hadn’t had an eye exam in a few years and found EZ Eyecare to live up to their name. I had no trouble booking my appointment online. Upon arriving for my exam, the office admin had already run my insurance info, so literally was in and out in 15 minutes, new prescription in hand. Great, streamlined service.

I was treated by Dr Quach , she was professional in her approach and knew her work. She was knowledgeable and gave simple clear instructions. She let me know every step she was going to take in the process. I would recommend her to to anyone who needs a thorough eye exam.

It was fairly easy to set my eye appointment up and the appointment itself was very quick and productive.

The exam was quick and simple. I arrived an hour earlier than my appointment and they took me because they were not busy. They were helpful and let me try on tons of glasses before/after my exam to see which fit my face shape best. Check it out!

I have very happy experience to visit the place that I did eye examination and get my new glasses. The staff in there are very friendly and very professional, I would recommend to others!

Overall it was a good experience. But i had the last appointment of the day and i felt the doctor was in a rush during the entire examination. I can understand due to holiday season but then I could have come earlier too.

I arrived before 5 0'clock. And sectory said That the mydriasis test cost 210 dollars which was different from the message from the phone. So I cancelled the date. But I received the email that I have not arrived.

The eye exam for my daughter was excellent! She is so happy to have glasses to wear in the classes where she sits toward the back of the room! She loves the RAY BANS that she picked out! And i love the fact that she feels confident wearing them PLUS the lens’ were 100% free!! Yay! The eye team was do knowledgeable and helpful and patient!!

The appointment aspect of the visit was good, I really appreciated that the doctor didn’t force me to do any of the exams I was nervous about. The best part of the whole experience was how helpful Will was. He advocated for me while the insurance website went down, and constantly helped me make sure I was taking my best options. I am a recent college grad and so going to a new doctor with different insurance was overwhelming, but he was incredibly helpful. I would return here just to work with him again.

Actual eye care was excellent. Sales pitch after was too much and included the sales manager telling me how much his car cost. I understand these are separate businesses, but they may affect your patients!

My exam was quick and easy! The doctor explained things really well. The staff who assisted me in choosing and buying lenses and frames were extremely helpful and friendly and gave me great advice! They told me all my options and helped me find the best option for me given my price range and insurance coverage. Could not have asked for a better experience!

The service was pleasant .They could offer the customers being fitted for contacts sample of eye drops .I've asked the doctor for some eyes drops because my eyes was very dry trying on contacts. She said they don't have samples . (Dr .Susan O'Shea ). I have been to other places where they always try to accommodate the customers .I left there with sore red eyes.

Quick and easy experience. That was the main reason I chose to have my eye exam done at Target Optical. Well done. Areas for improvement: - the room could have been cleaner: sink área was a bit filthy (for lack of a better word) - paperwork was confusing/ugly/redundant: it looked like a scanned copy of something we would've filled out in the 80s. Plus, the optometrist already had my insurance info on file (since I signed up online) you know the term right? Sorry, just trying to keep it light. Overall, great experience. Not sure if I'll become a regular, but I will definitely reconsider when I'm ready for my next appointment. Thanks for taking the time to read all the way through!

Brian at target optical in Fenway was phenomenal. He worked for a good 40 minutes with me until my seemingly confusing order was placed correctly. That's good customer service right there!

This was my first time coming to get my eyes checked and it was very pleasant experience. It was very quick and efficient! The guy who was working at the desk (I think his name was Brian?) was also extremely helpful and kind. Will definitely be back.
