Service was great but wait was awful. It took me an hour from apt time to start being seen. From apt time to leaving a took a total of 1 hours. I asked another patient her wait experience and if this was normal and she said no. Normally she maybe waits 10 minutes. If she said otherwise I would maybe change drs but because the personnel was so on point I am willing to try again. I just don’t have time to wait for a two hour apt.

Fast, courteous service and prescription obtained within 24 hours of order placement. Always come away with the feeling that Dr Terrezza places my eye health at the top of his priority list.

I'm very happy going there. Originally l was going to be checked for glacoma & cataracts because they run in our family. I ended up being checked for so much more. I'd been to the Dr. 5 yr. previous & he was exactly the same, fabulous, staff, everyone, is excellent!!

They were very helpful and answered all my questions and I got very good understanding of what my eyes were doing and what shape they were in and I’m still deciding on which glasses to get but I want to take awhile

Everyone was professional and pleasant.

People are very nice. The only problem that I always have is that I use contacts and every time that I have to do the trials they never have them in stock, and I have to wait until they order them . That takes time from having them fast, because I have to try them for a week, and then order them if everything is ok. Sometimes I have to do trials 2 or 3 times, and usually they don't have my trials in stock.

Excellent Doctor. Educated me on my eye sight. Did a thourough examination, with much patience and great chair side manners. Took his time answering all my questions. Not one moment did I feel rushed! He made me feel as though I was his only patient. The assistant who prepped me for my initial appointment with optometrist, was the kindest assistant I've ever been seen by. She applied such professionalism and kindness and answered all my questions promptly The assistant who helped me pick out my frames and check out had excellent knowledge and manners as well. I've been seen by eye doctors for over 25 years in Louisiana, I have since moved to Florida and have never felt like I was the only patient in the office. The entire staff is like family!

Dr. Terrezza is great and also the older gentleman who fitted me for my new specs. The only problem was waiting almost 2 hours to see the doctor as the staff thought I was with another lady since we entered the office at about the same time. Despite the fact that I had signed in separately...oh well, the exam went quickly enough and I get my new specs in about another week. Yeah!

The cost of your glasses are way higher than what i have been paying. I have to use my Insurance to pay what I'm paying somewhere else not use my Insurance. I feel like I'm paying double the price when when i come to your office

The intake Nurse was kind and friendly. Dr Reed was thorough, and informing. The lady that helped me with my purchase for frames and lenses was patient and helpful in my decision making. I e only been here once before when I brought my now grown son in for an exam and glasses purchase. He saw Dr Terrezza then. Both experiences were great.

The ladies were exceptionally nice and friendly. Dr. Terrezza is very thorough in his examination, very knowledgeable, and has high tech equipment. He also explains things in detail to the patient. My only negative comment is that he is quite gruff, to the point of being a little rude. In other words, he is very lacking in "bedside manners." Being a new patient, and knowing nothing of his personality or practice style, it was a little disconcerting. However, I will be fore warned for my next visit. I do appreciate his dedication to taking the best possible care of his patients. And all of his staff are great. Thank you.
