Overall everything was fine. Two items of concern tho. 1. Watched a woman Looking at glass frames. She must’ve handled over three dozen. Not one was wiped down afterward. I suggest a program verdure for that be implemented - no way would I ‘shop’ for frames after seeing that. 2. Waited over 45 minutes for a prescription which ultimately never came. Something to do with having trouble identifying the specific drops. Think that took too long.

The doctor and ladies working in the back were very thorough and personable. The lady that checked me out did not make me another appointment as the doctor requested her to do and I had to ask for new contact solution and holder. Seemed more interested in telling me what my insurance would cover and collecting money. Also, on your first visit be ready for street or paid parking. I had no clue and parked at the post office and had to move. Otherwise everything was good.

Well we arrived at 2:30 I was thinking my daughter's appointment was at 3:00 but it was at 3:45. They had us out of there by 3:45 and I really appreciated that all the staff were kind and nice.

Efficient and thorough. Rome the news on early cataracts, I knew something was different. Made a great effort to save my frames (but still have to get new ones, but they ARE really old). Staff has a good sense of humor. Gotta love Dr T. Much better prices without insurance, so that helps for the pay-by-cash nation.

Very nice Dr and staff, wanted glasses and contacts, but somehow got iut of there with only trial if contacta and, my old glasses so, will have to make an extra trip to take my glasses back. The girls that worked with me didn't think I could handle the prescription my Dr had ordered in glasses.

I had a wonderful experience, from being to end! The kind technician Ariel(spelling) was such a pleasure and genuinely kind. Dr Corredor was kind as well, and very thorough in explaining the status of my eyes. But it didn’t stop there, the team member who assisted me with frame selection and payment was a pleasure also. I was amazed that I found a frame as quick as I did and the pricing was very reasonable on top of that! I am glad I chose Terrezza Optical Downtown Pensacola! Your team is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had an appointment on Monday, Jan 27th and it’s was very busy. I had my appointment on Thursday January the 16th. I was welcomed by Phoenix Spaulding and she was so sweet and professional! She took care of me quickly and efficiently. My doctor was Dr. Reed and he was very sweet. Everything was super quick. Jessi was very patient and helpful with picking my frames. She kept me laughing the entire time! I’m glad I had her help. Overall had a great experience and recommend it to anyone. The staff was very nice and personable with me. :))))

My visit was a nice experience. I was greeted by a gracious and friendly associate at the front desk. After filling out paperwork as a new patient, I was met by Ericka who did my pre-exam. She was very knowledgeable and friendly in setting the tone for the exam . I was seen in a timely manner by Dr. Reed who provided a cordial, friendly and professional attitude throughout the exam. If my next visit is as awesome my first, this will become my “go to place for eyes”. Overall GREAT place!

9:45 appointment. Wasn't seen for almost an hour.

All staff was very friendly and very helpful. We were there for nearly 2 hours which seemed a bit long but easy experience and great selection of glasses.

Everyone at the office is very personable and easy to speak. My only complaint from yesterday’s visit is that I waited in the exam room for 30 minutes waiting for the eye doctor to come in (which ultimately led to a 1.5 hour regular eye appt). This put me in a bind because I needed to return to work and I was delayed getting in to the office. While I understand that visiting the doctor is not necessarily going to be a quick visit, a regular eye exam should not take this long.

Would have been better if I had been informed before my appointment that my insurance would not pay for the $65.00 fitting charge. Started with a friendly greeting, and a short wait time. Tests were performed by a friendly staff, and the results were told to me in layman's terms by the doctor. I now have a plan of action that is being implemented, and I feel good about it.

Everyone was very friendly. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the doctor never really spoke to me. He did not explain the prescription he was giving me or ask me what I wanted. He gave me progressive lens and I do not like those and would have said not to give me that. Luckily worked it out when getting my glasses.
