The dentist was fantastic. He was quick at pulling my wisdom teeth and was very friendly. The girl that helped him seemed nice but wasn’t very outgoing and her instructions afterwards weren’t very clear. I tried asking a question but my mouth was full of gauze and I just left feeling very upset. The instructions I was given were helpful but I wish my fiancé was there when she was giving me the verbal instructions so he could have clarified it.

Liked the one who cleaned my teeth but did not like the time I had to wait for dentist to check my teeth. It was almost 30 minutes before dentist came in. I think they should come right in to check them so you can leave. Also I don’t think it is necessary for dentist to check each time. It costs more for dentist to come in for maybe 45 seconds

They are very helpful, with little wait time. My experience with them has been great and appreciated. They are my preference for dental care.

I have never enjoyed going to the Dentist before but I do NOW... from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the Dentist. Everyone is so nice and helpful every time I go in there I end up coming out with a smile on my face mainly because I have enjoyed myself I look better and I feel better when I leave.

I was seen promptly and allowed to choose how I wanted my teeth to look after Invisalign, and a right lateral incisor tooth filling. Disappointed that tooth would not hold an extension filling, and it could not be level on bottom surface. It was so perfect before the filling cracked. But Dr Skinner did a great job! Thanks!

Only issue was the wait time after cleaning and waiting on the actual dentist to come and take a look at you. I waited longer than I had wanted to (30 min) But other than that everything was great!

The hole experience good. The what's going to happen, what to expect before it was done, the team working well together. If I had a complaint it would be that with the movement of air and water, and the cold temperature, it a would have been nice to cover the top row of teeth for the ones that are temperature sensitive.

The first time in my 60 years I can say I honestly enjoyed a visit to the dentist!! This group is superb! I’ve always jokingly said I’d rather go thru the labor/delivery process than go to the dentist....but not anymore!!

I had broken crown and I'm from out of town. You were friendly and professional. I was glad you got me in and fixed it rather quickly. Dr. Skinner was very good at explaining my options. She was also a very kind and caring dentist while working on my tooth. I was really nervous and she, and her assistant put me at easy throughout the whole process. Thanks!

I don't like the plastic piece used to expose your teeth during xrays. Potential for contamination concerns me. I have considered switching dentist because of this. Upgrade your xray facilities so I don't have to use those plastic things.

I had to pay out of pocket for his December cleaning, floride treatment yesterday as his 6 month appointment in December had been scheduled to early and was not covered by insurance. I was only planning to pay out of pocket yesterday around $50 for the cleaning and not $91. Please make sure when scheduling appointments that they are the correct amount of time between so insurance will cover

I'm actually sad I'm moving and won't be able to come to this dentist anymore!! Great staff and excellent facilities. I used to dread going to the dentist, but I never once felt uncomfortable even when getting a filling. Would highly recommend this team! Especially Sarah Ferguson!
