The doctor I had told me everything that was wrong and show me what happened to my eye and what needed to taken care the young man who took me back to test my eyes was helpful and answered all my questions I would recommend ur company to anyone going there

The nurses and assistants were awesome... very patient and encouraging. The doctor was very abrupt and was slightly condescending when I ended up having a procedure I did not come in the office expecting. I did not feel comfortable asking questions and she made me feel like I was doing something wrong when I reflexively blinked.

Dr. Redden is great and really explains things. The technician was awesome too.

I had a very good visit with the receptionist and doctor until it was time for me to pay. When I told the cashier "this was my annual examine and I'm due 1 every year" she had an awful attitude. It would be nice to check that information at time of my appt schedule so that it's no mix up when coming into the office.

I got there a few minutes early signed in and got called a couple of minutes later. The woman who called my name took me into a room and asked questions and then checked my eyes by flipping eye charts and I repeated what I saw. She then Dilated my eyes and said they would take a picture of the back of my eyes. A young man then took me into a room and took pictures. I then saw the Dr. who asked a few questions and then looked at my eyes through magnifiers and said I didn't have signs of Glaucoma or Macular Degeneration. Said everything looked good and will see me in a year.

7:45 appointment. got there at 7:30,i know you have paper work to fill out. attendent got me at 7:45. she did my eye chart, checked for glare, dialiladed my eyes, sent to another room to see the doctor. know its 8:00. sat for 55 minuets before doctor got there.saw for 5 minuets. i could hear other people out side my room complaining. one guy was going to leave because he had a 9:30 appointment elsewhere. his appointment was at 8:00. it would have been nice if someone would just say the doctor was running late. instead i could hear attendents say the doctor was there, would be seeing people shortly
