Doctor Bulos is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Willing to answer questions. Has some advanced eye examining technology available if you want a more than just a new prescription. I've been going there for 4 years or so after a underwhelming experience at the U of M Kellog Eye Center. I've had a much better experience at the Eye Gallery.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff

Exams went smoothly. Techs were knowledgeable and courteous. Final review after the glasses are fitted.

Dr Bulos is always great and detail oriented. The tests that the tech did were a bit awkward...I’d asked if the headrest could be adjusted and she moved it slightly but not enough for me to get comfortable. It was a series of three machines and I wondered if she didn’t want to be bothered to change all three. Regarding the questionaire on the iPad that I was given before the appointment, the type was incredibly small, an ironic thing for an eye doctor’s office to have. When the staff initially gives the tablet to the patient, they should mention how to make the text bigger. I figured it out but it frustrated me initially. Thanks and see you next year.

Very short waiting time. All the tests were explained ahead of being done and Dr. Bulos gives detailed and easy to understand explanations of the results.

I loved the eclectic vibe of the office with a mix of modern and antique. Dr Bulos was extremely friendly and gave a lot of context to our discussions. I truly enjoyed being able to see the pictures of my own eyes and understand what is going on. The front office staff was nice, a little timid or busy so I didn’t really know what was expected of me when I first walked in or if there was a check-in desk. I would have loved for them to be a little more inclined to offer advice or see if I needed anything while waiting. But when they did talk they were very polite and knowledgeable when I asked questions.

The staff and Doctor are always friendly and helpful. The eye exam is extensive and he reviews it with you, he actually cares. Would not go anywhere else based in quality of the care and staff.

Doctor Bulos is knowledgeable and very thorough, he took me without appointment and got me taken care of. He talked to me how I need to re-evaluate my eating habits so I can take care of my health and the supplements I need to prevent some future health issues connected to my precious eyes. Highly recommend!!!! Place is very nice and my two kids love the free WiFi in the waiting area.
