Excellent presentation providing me tools to understand and address insomnia. This is easy and important for anyone who struggles with going to sleep or staying asleep. Dr Okun is a sleep expert. Her lecture and materials were fascinating and enjoyable.

Dr. Glidewell was a life-changer for me. Where before I struggled mightily to sleep even with considerable prescription medication, I am now sleeping and feeling quite well with no prescription med's. It was a journey, but a very satisfying journey. Highly recommend.

About 6 months ago, I had stopped sleeping and was prescribed sleeping medications. Even with prescribed sleeping medications I was not sleeping well. I then started suffering from not only insomnia, but also anxiety. Once I met Dr. Glidewell, he immediately set me on the right path to a healthier me. He not only coached me through correcting the insomnia, but helped me decrease my anxiety. I am now sleeping much better getting 7 1/2 hours of sleep per night and my anxiety level is very low. Dr. Glidewell saved me from feeling so hopeless and I am so very grateful for his care!!!

Lots of good, usable and practical information about dealing with and overcoming insomnia. I really liked learning about the "shrinking schedule" and I've already implemented the 14-day challenge. While some of the information was known to me (I have researched insomnia for years), much of it was brand new. It helped to be with other people dealing with insomnia and hearing how they're trying to overcome this issue. I also liked the sleep diary.

I enjoyed my experience and the time spent learning about insomnia and suggestions as to the things I can do to help mitigate the effects of the condition. It was a lot of information packed into the allotted time and I felt somewhat overwhelmed at the end of the session.

I suffered with insomnia for all my adult life, and was taking a high dose of sleeping pills, which my doctors would no longer prescribe. When I was referred to Dr. Glidewell, my expectations were very low. I didn't think anything would help me sleep except the pills. What a surprise I had!! With Dr. Glidewell's help, I have been able to sleep without the pills most of the time. When needed, I take a low dosage. The therapy helped me in other ways besides my insomnia issues. I use the mindfulness therapy in my everyday life and continue to use the "time-out" technique when I am having a bad night. I highly recommend Dr. Glidewell to anyone with insomnia issues.

I learned a lot of helpful things to help gain back my body and brain's ability to sleep. I would have appreciated a little more time on the part about challenging our thinking with regards to sleep (the anxious thoughts about not sleeping are a big contributing factor). I was glad for the copies of the power point slides but having them a bit bigger would be really helpful.

Hello, the presenter, Dr. Michelle Okum, was very professional and yet personable. I greatly appreciated being able to ask questions and to make commentary. She was lively, enthusiastic, and well-informed. It was a wonderful experience. I had to call her today with a question and she responded quickly. I recommend this seminar to anyone with troubles sleeping.

I highly recommend Dr. Glidewell!! He’s kind and considerate, and I think he’s very intuitive as far as problems which might be inhibiting sleep. He asks good, helpful questions, remembers my history, putting together a deeper thought awareness of things I need to put together for further growth. He is patient and understanding and I find him most encouraging and know that we are working together well toward the same problems.

came to Dr glidewell in the middle of a major insomnia crisis. It had spiraled out of control and I had a high level of anxiety. I was going several nights in a row without sleeping and my doctors weren't taking me seriously which led to more anxiety and insomnia. Even on a high dose of sleeping medication from my PCM, I was only getting two or three hours of sleep at night. I had desperately tried to find someone who could help me for weeks. The minute I met Dr glidewell I felt at ease. He patiently listened to me pour out my story and in just the two visits since, I have new tools to combat my anxiety and insomnia, a plan moving forward, and already drastic improvements.
