The hygenist was very thorough and gentle and so greatly appreciated it. I met Dr. Navarro for the first time and was very impressed with her expertise and liked that she diagnosed the issue and gave suggestions to improve the situation without me having to come several times before figuring out next steps. She is very effective and I was pleased with her manner in resolving the issue.

It was a very thorough, pleasant and informative visitation. I arrived on time and experienced very minimal waiting time. The waiting room had a very calm, serene atmosphere and what I noticed and really appreciated was the coffee and water provided for the patients. I filled out the first-time client forms, waited approximately 5 minutes and was called in. I spoke with the orthodontist about my past orthodontic experience, what I was looking for in my treatment and every detail I felt was pertinent. The dentist had a very pleasant demeanor, was very informed, patient and welcoming. The financial advisor came in, discussed the finances of the treatment and I was extremely surprised by how affordable my treatment was going to be. Then, what was even more surprising was when I was asked if I'd like my braces applied the same day. I said I would like the same-day treatment (at no extra cost), and almost immediately was seen by the orthodontist and his assistant who got to work straight way applying my braces. It took a quick and painless 25-30 minutes and I was done and on my way, but not without quickly scheduling an appointment for my next check-up. It was one of the most thorough, honest, efficient and superior professional experiences I had ever experienced.

I really appreciated how personable Dr Tran was and his interest in how I was doing during the procedure. He was also gentle. He also asked me if I had any questions, which gave me an opportunity to comment. My only issue is how cold the water is. I have some sensitive teeth and it was a bit uncomfortable.
