Very nice and took the time to go over everything with me. Although a few hiccups along the way the overall process was good.

The customer service is excellent. From the quick response to my voicemail, scheduling me in fast, spending time with me and making me feel welcome and valued, all topped off with lunch delivered while I did my cool sculpting. I’ve been back twice for a facial and spray tans. The drive to Parker from Greenwood Village is short with no traffic making easy to get to & more convenient than other places in Denver. I look forward to spending more time taking advantage of many of their Spa services.

I have struggled with fat around my belly for most of my life. No matter how much I ate right or exercised, the belly fat would not go away. When I hit 60, I decided enough is enough. I researched cosmetic procedures. A tummy tuck was extremely expensive with a long recovery time. Liposuction wasn't much better. Then I learned about Cool Sculpting. I made an appointment at Med Spa and had my initial consultation with Sarah. I was ashamed of my fat belly but she made feel very comfortable as we discussed how best to attack the fat using the Cool Sculpting. I had my first procedure and was told not to expect to see results for 12 weeks. Imagine my surprise when 6 weeks later I lost 3 inches. I have had a second round of Cool Sculpting and am looking forward to the results. I am actually wearing pant without elastic. The procedure was easy (35 minutes per section) and there was no recovery time. If you have problem areas, I highly recommend meeting Sarah at Med Spa. I'm so happy I did!!

My visit at the spa was a very pleasant experience, the atmosphere was soothing and relaxing and the staff truly professional. I left feeling like a million dollars!
