Outstanding patient care

I was very pleased with my care and attention to detail. You have a wonderful staff.

Recommended exercise and ibuprofen were helpful but perhaps not quite enough. Monday at a PT appt for BPPV appt (diagnosed the week before my visit to you), I mentioned my TMJ. The P therapist noted that the area was very hard and recommended dry needling which was done yesterday and seems to have helped a great deal. It is still challenging to bite or chew so I am cutting things very small and avoiding meats and things that require much chewing But at least I can get them into my mouth. Dr. Thompson's dental office is so professional, yet so personal. It begins the second one walks in the door and the receptionist greets you. The dental hygienists are especially fine at their jobs. Dr. Thompson always finishes the appointment with his own check up of one’s teeth, a painless cancer screening (if one is due) and a check of one’s jaw for TMJ. The kind and very able scheduler is situated right there as one leaves to make your next appointment. All in all, very well done all around. Candace

Dr Thompson is the best! For 20 years he has been fixing my teeth and I trust that man with my life. I drove 100 miles to see him yesterday and it was worth it. Virginia is lucky to have Andrew and his great team. It makes me smile to see his well behaved dogs who greet you when you check in.

Kim our dental hygienist is outstanding. She makes getting my teeth cleaned a pleasure. Dr. Thompson is a great guy who makes time to listen to any concerns or problems. He is well versed on all the latest technology and improvements in dentistry. But what I really appreciated and don’t want to overlook is the exceptional front office staff. They are professional, courteous and go the extra mile to meet requests. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Thompson for over 20 yrs.
