As always, Dr Wakim and her team do not disappoint! My son lost his crown over the weekend and Adrianna was quick to text and make sure he was ok and get us scheduled quickly! I am normally not one to leave reviews but in this case, due to the expert level of care received I feel I must. I contacted Dr. Wakims office on an emergency basis as a new patient and was able to get in the next day. During my visit it was decided an extraction was needed and by the end of the visit I comfortably felt like I had been a patient for years. Once again Dr. Wakim and her staff extended free Dental care on the annual "Day of Free for a lifetime of Freedom with exams and service to any Veteran who responded to this invitation. That aside, I found Dr. Wakim and her team to be a great experience as the staff are cheerful, courteous and thorough in their work and make a "trip to the Dentist" one, pleasant, painless experience. My experience is always so wonderful . I have a history of hating the dentist but Dr Wakim and her experienced staff always make sure I am comfortable and understand what treatment I am recieving . Highly recommend !!!

Today I witnessed respect for the patients, the staff, and Dr. Wakim. When I entered the office, a few minutes before my scheduled time, several staff members greeted me, often by name, and and showed me to my treatment room. All procedures were explained to me before treatment. While using their communication system, they addressed each other professionally and always refered to Dr. Wakim by full name or Doctor.

Very friendly and good dental care did not get a written estimate on upcoming work did not get my care package after dental cleaning and do no understand why I had an out of pocket expense on dental cleaning as my insuresnce indicates they are paid in full.

Andriana and Lauren both listened to my new issue. After my cleaning, Lauren shared the information with Dr. Wakim, who addressed it during her exam. A discussion followed, a prescription was written, and a course of action planned.
