Felt Comfortable knowing the doctor was taking every precaution to be safe. If the doctors safe, so am I. However there were sick patients in the waiting room. They need to be told to reschedule for any flu signs or fever.

I am happy with my experience at your office up until it was time to leave and pay my bill. The young lady at the front desk was very confused about bill and kept asking questions. I had a tooth extracted and was in pain as my tooth was bleeding non stop and I had gauze in my mouth. It was very embarrassing because the blood was visible on my face and mouth and gauze. I kept asking to please let me pay and leave but the young lady at the desk ignored me and kept asking questions about my bill. She was not being aware or considerate of my condition and how I obviously was struggling to speak. I will be addressing this issue once again in person if I do return to your office. Thank you.

The clerical staff was very professional and pleasant. The Hygienist was pleasant and caring, of my needs. The x-ray tech was good in what she done. And the Dr. Had good bed side manners, and very knowledgeable knowledgeable of my needs. I was overall pleased with my experience there.

Short waiting period, Xrays at the exact time I needed them taken, very little pain during the procedures.

I was told that my teeth cleaning was covered by my insurance. There was mention of additional charges. Once the cleaning started I was advised that I needed a bacterial rinse for $75.00. This treatment was not covered by my insurance. Forewarned is forearmed. An advanced notice of this possible treatment would made me better prepared to pay.

Overall experience was great! This was our first time here and everyone was welcoming and nice! My mom had to pull one of her tooth out b/c it was aching really bad. The dentist examined all her problem areas & her aching tooth so that was very helpful for us to know. Everyone who spoke to her recommended us to get every problem area fixed ASAP. We appreciated that they wanted us to fix it ASAP for her health but they also respected our choice that we just wanted the tooth pulled out only for that day. The pricing is honestly great for someone who does not have insurance. This will be our dentist from now on and looking forward to making our teeth’s great & healthy! :)

Well since I retired I had 3 very unsuccessful visits to 3 different dentist in the area. All they want is to make money the patient. Unfortunately when you retire it isn’t good when you’re on a fixed income and barely can make it from month to month. This is best price I so far got. Still I have to save my money before I can get my deep cleaning done. Everybody we’re so nice. The dentist was so good at explaining everything. I will for sure recommend this place to anybody.

The staff was very conscientious about a time restriction that I had and got me out on time as promised. I am very nervous about going to the dentist and I found him to be compassionate and comforting. All of the staff that I encountered we kind and helpful.

The dental hygenenist aids need more practice with the suction machine, water rinse, when assisting the dentist they are rough and bang/auction your lip or gums, splash water all over your face! Not nice if they were the patient they would be upset too! Please practice more!

When I called to make my appointment as a new customer making the appointment was a breeze. Upon arrival to my appointment all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. during the exam the doctor and his assistant answered all my questions. X-rays and cleaning I was out in no time. I was happy to hear to that there was a pediatrics division offered which I'll be be happy to bring my children to for their next dentist appointment

I got my wisdom teeth out, and had barely any pain or swelling after. Everyone was really accommodating and personal, they really look after you.

Next time, pls offer options for the chlofhexidene treament for $75. It would seem cheaper to call in an Rx for a 473ml bottle and rinse with it at home instead. My prescription would have been $5, saving me $70.

It was all good, Dr Mark Yafai, was sincere, had good chair side manor and best of all was honest. It took some work and over 6 months to find a Dr. who would actually do what I required and only Dr. Mark Yafai met the challenge. I recommend him and only him for oral surgery​ needs.

Very well but they poke my teeth instead of my gum but I forgave them.

Short wait time. Love Dr Sako. Other members of the team were very pleasant including the front office staff. So far I am very happy with my experience at TDA.

Overall, good. Only issue was the long wait time. Waited about 30 minutes in the waiting room to get called in even though I had an appointment. Also waited around 20 for the doctor to start cleaning after seeing me. I understand that the day I went was a holiday and that could of contributed to the long wait times. Staff was friendly!

Everything was great. I had a lot of work done and I had an A+ experience every visit. The dentist was awesome as well as the rest of the staff. Still have a couple of dental work that needs to be done but I can't believe I'm saying this but I can't wait.
