We were fortunate to get eye exams scheduled before the office had to close as a precautionary measure. Even in the midst of this pandemic, we felt welcomed and valued by Dr. Tran, Arianna, Jennifer and the rest of the staff. They thoroughly explained each step of the process, and patiently answered all of my questions. My teens, one who was a little anxious about going, were comfortable from the initial exam to trying on contacts for the first time.

All optical measurements were made professionally; Dr Tran did an excellent job explaining the results clearly and understandable. The videos were helpful. Did a great job accommodating my early arrival. Preliminaries were quickly dispensed with, and I was then quickly seen by the optometrist. The cost of my examination was quite reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had 20/20 vision with my current glasses, and that my vision problems were from chronically dry eyes. The non-Rx drops you recommended are working great!

My experience at our Colonial Drive LensCrafters in Orlando FL IS ALWAYS the best place to have an eye exam and get glasses. The professionalism and knowledge of the Doctors, is surpassed by no one else, and the technicians who fit the glasses are patient, kind and very helpful. I am old and not saavy to current styles, and my technician helped me to find a “hip” and current style. I love them! I always buy 3 sets of glasses when I come each year: Sunglasses, readers, and progressive daily wear, and I am ALWAYS satisfied. I've been been taking my family to Dr Regina Tran for a few years, and have always appreciated her thoroughness and kindness. This week my cornea got badly scratched, and, as always, Dr. Tran was wonderful in her concern, assessment, and care.

The doctor and staff are very thorough and friendly, a winning combination! When my daughter was first fitted for contacts two years ago as a young teenager, everyone was very caring and patient. Finding lenses that would work for her astigmatism was time-consuming but handled with great kindness and compassion. We appreciated that so much, and are happy to continue seeing Dr Trann and her staff.

Dr Toth was great. Very nice and the exam was thorough. The girl that helped me pick out new frames was the best . Unfortunately I don't recall her name. She was the most helpful person I've encountered on the floor by a mile. The girl that did the initial exam and the girl I dealt with behind the counter were also super nice. You've got a good team right now. Hopefully they stick around for awhile. The turnover seems to be pretty high.

The physician was very compassionate and was extremely thorough with her explanations of the results of my examination.

Dr. Toth and staff were very friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. I didn't even know I had a stigmatism until now, but Dr. Toth explained it easily and wanted me to try my new contacts for a bit before ordering a year's worth, in case I don't like them. No one else has done that before. I'll definitely be going back :)

I literally walked in and an hour later, a new plan was devised for me by Dr. Tran Maybe it was a slow day to begin with. LOL Seriously though, I didn't expect much except an appointment to come back days later, but she got it all done when I needed it DONE.
