The staff is very friendly and very professional.

I highly recommend Dr. Hopkins with Family Dentistry. He's friendly and his staff are professional and pleasant to be around. Never had to sit in the waiting room either. Love it!

Receptionist Greetings is poor and the waiting is long and hygienist is very rough in cleaning my teeth and gums are sore and lastly she’s very rude

Awesome dental cleaning work done, the best ever

The dental hygienist was a little aggressive and her communication is usually kind of short. My only recommendation for your facility would be to open on Saturdays I will have to find a new provider unless y’all will be open Saturdays in the near future

As always, professional and pain free. The cleaning was quick and then x-rays were taken to check my teeth. I was found to have 2 cavities and when checking out from the teeth cleaning, was given the appointment time the next day to have those two cavities filled. Dr. Hopkins again did a superb job in doing the fillings that were needed. Thank-you and the entire staff who as courteous, friendly and professional all at the same time!

Dr Hopkins is great, and always gives me a great checkup. The hygienist is a little rough, but does a thorough cleaning.

I really liked my hygienist, the fill-in for ‘Tweety’. She was the best hygienist I’ve ever had.

Front desk is courteous and friendly. Hygienist was great with my 3 year old. Dr is friendly and genuine.

Wonderful service for my biannual exam, very professional staff.

The hygienist to me is a little rough especially by me being 65 in a few days and taking chemo pill for Breast Cancer she has to understand that I could being losing bone mass. She’s nice but she seems not to understand that a person of my age and going thru Breast Cancer twice in my life at least she would consider being a little more gentle than what she does. Don’t seem sympathetic at all to me. Sometimes it makes feel like I should get another dentist, but I love front office staff just want her to be accommodating to my needs more.

I was able to get in on the day and time needed and received excellent care. I let Dr. Hopkins know that I have extreme anxiety when it comes to being seen by a dentist. Without the use of any medications he completely calmed my fears. He gave me a complete exam and had a more efficient plan of treatment that was less expensive then the last dentist was charging and also listed what he felt was more of a priority then was told to me before. I am very happy with Dr. Hopkins and can’t wait for all my treatment to be complete.
