The examination was very thorough, including the doctor’s simple-to-understand explanation regarding images of my eyes.

I had a good experience, maybe you could have 5-10 questions to get exactly what areas of information you would like to know about things like; rate how you were greeted/ friendliness of staff1,2,3,4,or 5 and so on.

Have always had a good experience with Twelve Bridges Vision. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. LeSueur is very professional and easy to talk to. He listens carefully and takes his time with you. I trust my vision with them.

Excellent personal service from the time I spoke with the receptionist to the time I left the office after ordering 3 pair of new glasses. OD thoroughly explains the test results, and vision changes. Technicians provide information re: glass frames and lenses. I was told that I would receive email with detailed invoice. I do not see this in my email, yet.

The entire office is so friendly kind & knowledgeable. I’ve never waited longer than a few minutes to start my exam. And I love the selection of glasses & how quickly my order is ready for pickup.

Dr Lesuer, and his team of skilled professionals are extremely pleasant and nice to work with. His professional advice and demeanor are a breath of fresh air to the industry. I highly recommend Dr lesuer and his dynamic team for anybody who needs eyecare. They are fair, polite, and well aware of your needs. I have been seeing Dr lesuer for three decades, And I have never had an unpleasant experience. Dr lesuer has an excellent work ethic, and takes his time with patients to a sure they get the best treatment possible. Again...I highly recommend Dr lesuer and his staff.

The exam was great. The pricing for frames and lenses seemed high. In the future I may explore other options but will continue to come here for exams
