Nobody wants a root canal, but you definitely made it as painless as possible. Everyone was very friendly, professional and efficient, and my impression was Dr Chiu did a very careful and diligent job. The procedure was less uncomfortable than some deep fillings I have had. So far everything seems to be healing nicely. Hopefully I don't need any more endodontics, but if I do I'll be sure to return to Dr Chiu, and I have no trouble recommending her and Union Square Endodontics to friends.

Dr. Hanley and his assistant, Jasmine, did an excellent job performing my root canal. They were gentle and explained everything well to me before, during, and after the procedure. They were very good about continually checking on how I was feeling during the procedure so that that they could improve my comfort. The procedure was a success. I would highly recommend their services to others. In addition, the office staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Had a root canal. It was a 100% painless experience including the recovery. Dr Ratiner's uses the non metal filling automatically which is aesthetically superior. The assistant was warm and funny. Dr. Ratiner's practice also offers a patient medicine to take before the appointment if you are the anxious type. Hopefully I never need another root canal but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to see her again. Total recommend!

Dr Alex and Anna worked extremely well together. He checked in with me often for comfort and pain level and stopped after second “booster” shot didn’t alleviate the pain.

Allowed me to get appt the same day I called. Informed me of all the options. And performed a flawless root canal. I am so very happy I am no longer in severe pain. Finally I can sleep at night. Also, they have a protocol for calling back and re-entering the system quickly if their is a future issue.

Was great to be seen same day after my regular dentist diagnosed me with a possible fracture. Dr Ratiner did an excellent job of numbing me up so that I didn’t feel any of the root canal. Her assistant was very friendly as well. I’m still numb since I just had the procedure but hopefully this saves my tooth!

I went in for a root canal. The front desk was very pleasant & accommodating squeezing in a consultation & surgery within a day of my initial call. Dr. Hanley and Betty, the dr assistant, handled my surgery with great care - they listened to my concerns, answered all questions, and were incredibly patient and gentle. Dr Hanley also followed up and was available on the weekend to respond to any concerns post surgery.
