Extremely nice and informative staff!

I love dr Jennifer. She is a great dentist and puts me at ease. All her staff are great from the dental assistants to the office people. Very kind and pleasant people.

I was a new patient looking for a new dentist and boy did I find him. It was the greatest experience at the dentist I have ever had. The office staff was so friendly and caring. They asked me about my dental problem and insurance and actually did their due diligence in finding out about my coverage and informed me of the out of pocket money . WOW. Not your typical dental office, running you through like cattle. The dentist Dr Nicholas Unis was very competent and cared. He made me feel as if I had been his pt. for years which made me feel comfortable. The office was very clean and up to date. I would strongly recommend this office for all of my family.

The appointment was to have a decayed wisdom tooth removed. As usual, there was no wait and a lot of friendly banter to keep spirits high. After the initial numbing process, Dr. Nick spent a few minutes catching up with things and he said lets get it done. In three minutes he had the tooth pulled. I didn't know it was out. I’ve been a patient at Unis Dental since I moved to Hopewell in 2003. Drs. Jennifer and Nick always make you feel like a priority. They are gentle and offer care solutions that are solid and beneficial. dental treatment options are considered whoever there is more than one possible solution. I always believe they know me well enough to make educated decisions with regard to care, especially because I am always satisfied with the results. Staff is friendly and professional as well. I don’t like going to the dentist but if I need to I am glad that Unis Dental is nearby.

I drive an hour to my appointments at Unis Dental and have been doing so for the last 10 years, since I moved out of the area. I have been a patient for at least 20 years. They are always so professional and friendly- like family, even when there are staff changes. They know me as the person I am, not as a patient. I have beautiful teeth and I have no intention of going anyplace else.

It would be nice to have the same dental hygienist at more than one visit. It seems since Heather is no longer there I get a different one each time. My mouth was much more sore this time than it usually is after a cleaning, and Cindy seemed to take offense when I declined “prescription fluoride” which she suggested and then again when I insisted I wanted to see Dr. Nicholas. I’m not quite sure why this was so, but I’d like to see some consistency in the staff there beyond the dentists and I don’t see why she took offense.

I like that I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, I got a call offering an earlier time when someone cancelled, and I really like the fact that my teeth don’t hurt after I a cleaning. The young lady who handled my cleaning did a thorough job! She was quiet, sweet and gentle with the cleaning. I’m ok with quiet bc it’s difficult to talk with your mouth opened. My only suggestion is she should introduce herself to patients. I have no idea who she is.
