I had Sophie as my hygienist for the first time and she did amazing!!!

My daughter and I came in and were treated amazingly! If I had one thing improve upon, I didn't get a tooth brush but my daughter did.

Everyone did their best to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I am a person with deep seated fear of dentists. I will be asking Ustick Dental to do the first work on my teeth in 30years

Had my first teeth cleaning by Evan. It was a pleasant experience, he was thorough and did a very good job. That was followed up by a visit from Dr. Booth who examined my teeth and told me what I can anticipate as far as work the next two to three years. All in all it was a good visit. The office staff was friendly, as usual. Happy to make this dentist and his staff my go to team!

Dr. Rigby and entire staff always make a trip to the dentist as easy as possible. Always friendly, personable and genuinely interested in making the experience positive. Always checking on comfort during procedures and performing excellent work.

I am never dissatisfied with the service and love the people at the front desk. They are very welcoming and use your name to make you feel valued. I also like that they compliment you in your oral care.

Brook did an outstanding job of cleaning my teeth. She was thorough, caring, and completed the job in a timely manner. She and Dr. Booth pointed out further work that was needed on my teeth, but not pushy and let me decide when an appointment will work best in my situation. They were helpful in looking at insurance covered work, such a mouth guard to prevent teeth grinding.

They have been my dentist over 30 years as a resident of Boise and now when I come to visit. Starting with Dr Davis and now with the current staff, they are professional, caring and even have a program for people without insurance. I would recommend to anyone. The dental hygienist did a wonderful job and was conscientious about my swallowing problem. However when I checked out the girl at the desk couldn’t figure out how to code for my next appointment. She said she would check with the other girl or with the doctor and would call me later that day for my next appointment. It’s now after 5 on Friday and I still have not heard anything from you. I think almost 3full days is a little much

I came away scratching my head. Two things that normally happen don’t didn’t . (Flossing and gum erosion check). I don’t know if this is a change in policy. It was basically a good visit and I felt I got the needed treatment I needed, just a little confusing.

I had a good experience and will come back!

I walked into Ustick Dental late in the afternoon expecting them to be too busy, but they weren’t TOO busy! They got me in within 5 minutes! I saw Dr. Rigby, who was probably tired having seen 25 people just before I walked in! Dr. Rigby’s friendly assistant took 1 excellent radiograph and made me comfortable. I then sat back and expected to have enough time to finish 2-3 games on my phone before the Dr. came in! But NO, he came right in. Immediately he tapped lightly on my tooth and pointed at the image on the wall and in 5 explained to me exactly WHY I was going to lose that tooth 🦷 that I had spent years trying to save! My blood pressure immediately dropped to normal range, I thanked him and felt good about what he told me and didn’t feel desperate like the feeling I typically get at most dentists! I am now a patient!

The hygienists that have worked on me at your office have been fantastic. They are always so gentle and careful while still getting my teeth clean. I did have to wait for 30 mins before my appointment. That was too long of a wait. If I make an appointment I should be seen at that time not 30 minutes later. I would have appreciated a call and the option to either reschedule my appointment for another day or push my appointment time out half an hour.

As a new patient, the process to get set up was very easy. Being able to complete the initial paperwork ahead of time online seemed to streamline things. Everybody I encountered, from the front desk, to the radiology tech, to the hygienist, to Dr Rigby, was friendly, courteous, and (most importantly) good at their jobs. I felt welcomed and in-good-hands the whole time. They even went out of their way to schedule a treatment plan to best work with my insurance provider to minimize out-of-pocket costs. Received Florida treatment. Was applied well to front 2 teeth (felt sticky) but other teeth were only lightly brushed with the flouride (didn't feel sticky). Ususlly feels sticky on most of teeth.

Dr. Booth did a great job of extracting a very stubborn, fractured tooth. The office got me in the same day as I called, which helped reduce the risk of inflammation and possible infection. Dr. Booth was also very kind to credit back for the root canal done on this tooth two months ago. It was unexpected, and VERY much appreciated.

Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful. My Exam and Cleaning were very through and I was very impressed with Dr. Rigby's attention to details.

I'm always greeted by name at your office and that's nice. It lets me know you care enough to acknowledge me and it's comforting in that I don't feel like just another cog in the machine. Also, I'm always asked about my comfort level during treatment above and beyond what I might convey on my own. This lets me know the doctors and technicians are very aware of how a procedure might impact me, and that definitely raises my comfort level. I certainly recommend Ustick Dental.

Yesterdays teeth cleaning was a wonderful experience...really. Katy's water chisel was quick, but effective. She is the best Dental Tech I've ever had in many years. Others have been good, but she is great. I hope to see her again next year. I'll even floss for her.

Had a crown come loose Tuesday night . I called Ustick Dental Wensday morning and they got me in that afternoon to get it fixed. I have been with them for a long time and they have always taken of me.

Even though I had the earliest possible morning appointment, the staff was ready to greet me and begin the dental cleaning with checkup.

I have always found Dr. Rigby's hygienists highly skilled and friendly, as well as Dr. Rigby being a super, great dentist!

Crissy is the BEST hygenist! Dr Rigby is the BEST dentist. You will not be disappointed as a patient in their office. Front desk is friendly and helpful.

Very quick in and out. This time no problems. Did miss the fluoride treatment. Didn’t know if that is included with every cleaning.

Have been going here since 2007 when we no ef to Boise, first to Dr. Davis, then with Dr. Booth. The people in the front are friendly, sweet, & very helpful. They all can joke & laugh. The assistants, dental techs, etc. are professional & friendly. They do everything to make me comfortable. Dr. Booth is like being with a friend who cares about me, as are all their employees. He is knowledgeable, friendly, & will only recommend what treatment is needed at that time. Ustick Dental is always concerned about finances & will not push people into treatments. Thank you for all you do.

The dental tech, MIA I believe, did an excellent job with the cleaning and polishing. Unfortunate that no one seemed to have reviewed my initial paperwork or you would have ordered in some unflavored polish paste. Dr Rigby was great was great and laid out an excellent plan for the work I need. Hopefully someone will reread my paperwork regarding “No flavored topicals.”, before my next appointment.

The atmosphere in the office is amazing. They receptionists even kept an eye on my kids while my husband and i talked for a minute. They are also willing to work with you financially. The dentist are both so nice as well. I recommend ustick dental to everyone i can.

The service was wonderful and is always the doctors great. However if I have one frustration is that when we set an appointment and they do an evaluation as to what our cost is going to be based on our insurance, it seems that when it comes time to pay our portion is always way higher than what we were originally told it would be. A crown came off and Ustick Dental office got me in the same day and fixed it. Dr. Rigby, who is not my regular dentist, put the crown back on after taking an xray to make sure there was no infection or decay. Excellent work by Dr. Rigby and the staff at Ustick Dental office. Commendable!!!

Exceptional customer service! The most thorough cleaning I have ever had. Wonderful receptionist-extremely friendly and personable from the first call to when I arrived (I wish I could hire her for my business)! -Personally next time I would prefer a different hygienist. She did a wonderful job with my teeth but when I told her what I did for work she proceeded to tell me all about how she never uses what I do and does it all herself which I felt was a little insulting. It would be like me coming into the dentist and telling you all that I don't really need you and never take my kids or anyone else to the dentist unless it's an emergency. I know she was just trying to make conversation and be friendly but it wasn't the best topic choice she could have chosen.
