The doctor is awesome. But scheduling system is not great. I didn't receive any email or sms that confirms the appointment and reminder later. This is something really good to have.

The WJ location was kind enough to fit me in last minute before my flight to Texas and was able to clip my wire just a bit shorter which made my Thanksgiving so much more enjoyable! As is with all the locations... OofTW was great!!!

Excellent customer service

It was a great visit and we really liked the place. Dr Stark was very good with him. I was disappointed that no work was done due to their not being enough time. We should have been told to come before our appointment time to fill out new paperwork. However, The facility and staff were excellent.

The hygienist was great and super patient with my son, The dentist seemed very frustrated that my son was scared and needed a little time before opening his mouth. She lacked patience with my toddler.

The interaction with zakkiyya was great, it was her first time at the dentist and you guys made her feel very comfortable however not everyone is on the same page.

There was zero shaming, only important information provided, and the billing process is very intuitive.

1st of all you answered your phone so I could make an appointment. Surprisingly that was a hard thing for my last dentist. You made Statten feel very welcome and comfortable. You took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me.

Our trip to the dentist was great. We were a little apprehensive about all the work that needed to be done, but Dr. Lin made sure that everything went smoothly. She was very professional and made my son really comfortable. She was great! We'll be back, that's for sure!

Everyone was very friendly. I thought I was 5 minutes early but when I got home I had a voicemail from the office staff asking if I was coming or if I needed to cancel. I realized then that I had the appointment time wrong on my end and I was really 25 minutes late. No one even mentioned to me that I was late. They were very friendly with my young kids and made them feel as comfortable as possible.

Today's hygienist was fantastic, no pain great personality, and I think she did a great job. My dentist was also great, very friendly and very informative.

The male hygienist is a super star! He is so personable, I would come back simply for his customer service. Everyone else was just okay. The receptionists could learn to be more personable from him!
