I have absolutely hated going to the dentist due to a horrid experience many years ago. Walking into Dr. Vandersloot's office was nerve racking but my nerves were immediately calmed by the friendly face and comforting voice of Adriana at the front desk. The positive vibe continued with the assistant who walked me to my chair and through the entire procedure reassured me I was doing great. When Dr. Ma walked in he was pleasant and empathetic toward my phobia. I was slightly embarrassed being that I'm in my 50's but act and feel like a 6 year old when I get in that chair. The entire staff reassured me that my feelings were valid. Each are amazing at their craft and I will definitely be a loyal client (hopefully not often).

Thank you Dr. Vandersloot for the exceptional service provided to me during my procedure. It took only about one hour and I was virtually pain free during and after the visit. Yes, you read that correctly. Though Dr. Vandersloot is not in my insurance network I chose to return to his practice because of the two positive previous experiences I received under his care. He was able to put me at ease answering any questions or concerns throughout the process. His assistant, Christi, was also wonderful and very thorough explaining the after care regimen. The two of them together were very professional, friendly and made me laugh quite a bit during the consultation. The office is clean, bright and employs all Covid-19 CDC protocols which made me feel safe. Dr. Vandersloot's front office staff, Drea and Jay were quite helpful setting up my appointment and dealing with the preapproval policies with my insurance company. Their response time to my inquiries plus their follow up regarding my condition after the procedure was much appreciated. If you must have an endodontic procedure then Dr. Vandersloot is the professional you would want to handle the job.

I recently had root canal treatment done with Dr Vandersloot, I was in lot of pain and was nervous to get the procedure done, my case was complicated as I had tough tooth and deep cavity. Doctor and his assistant explained me the entire process and what to expect during each step of the procedure. Entire procedure was pretty quick and pain free. The staff members are amazing. I would refer this place to anyone who is looking at getting root canal done.

I’ve always had a problem when having to have dental work, because the Novocain wears off quickly. This morning I had a great experience with Dr. Vandersloot. Not only did he explain everything as we went along, but he took the time to ensure that I wouldn’t feel anything, and I didn’t! It’s a first for me. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and really made sure that I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend this office if you need dental work.

These things put my mind at ease, but in addition the latest technology and equipment used in this office afford a high quality of endodontic care. I spent three sessions with them and would recommend their services to anyone needing it. I can't say enough good things about them.

Doctor Ma has treated my tooth #18 for root canal procedure. My tooth has a C shape root canal. It made it a bit more difficult and challenging for the doctor. I was still having some degrees of discomfort after a month and a half of the procedure. Doctor Mar followed up with additional treatments without extra charges. Here I am, on the third day after the last treatment starting to feel much better. Thank you Dr. Ma and the wonderful staffs who treated me very well throughout all my three visits and the treatments. I am happy to give them a 5 stars rating.

I am severely phobic at Dentist visits and my regular Dentist, Dr. Sanchez, recommended Dr. Vandersloot. This was by far, the best experience I've never had with an Endodontist. Everything was explained to me, the office staff was friendly and very helpful with my insurance questions and the Dr. Was gentle and understanding. I didn't even feel the shots and had zero pain or discomfort during my root canal procedure. My mother had a similar good experience with this Dr. Some years ago. Dr Vandersloot and his staff were great. Having a root canal isn’t something anyone would ever look forward to, but I really appreciated the Dr describing the process as he was doing the work. The verbal commentary made it much easier to handle and less stressful. His dental assistant and administration staff were great also. I had the misfortune of requiring a root canal on my furthest tooth back on the top of my mouth. The staff and Dr were extremely personal and professional. The procedure was near painless and I would give a 100% recommendation.

Everything was explained to me before it was done. When I felt a little pain they gave me meds to stop the pain. Time went by so fast, I was out after after 1.5 hours but i’t felt like only an hour.
