The receptionist Alyssa was very friendly and professional. Dr. Lovato as well, very professional, I had to take my daughter back after her pupils were still dilated a dilated and Dr. Lovato did not hesitate to take us in and check that everything was good. She even called me the following day to ask how my daughter was doing, Her care and compassion is very unique. I’m extremely satisfied with their service.

No complaints, quality service

I have gone to Dr. Lovato all my life and now my ten year old has been going all of her life. My parents love it and I’ve recommened her to friends and family. I appreciate the honesty and how nice staff is. My parents got a prescription that could be found at a dollar store and the doctor was honest with them about that. It means a lot that she didn’t try to have my parents pay out of their own pocket (because their insurance doesn’t cover glasses). The only thing I would love to have is more options for the glasses people can get free through medical. I’m not sure how that works or how much control the practice has on getting different styles but I wanted to give an honest suggestion. I never wore my glasses growing up because I didn’t like them so I make sure to get my daughter what she feels comfortable and beautiful in, I don’t want to spend money purchasing from other places. Thank you for everything, it is always a great experience going to see Dr. Lovato.

My mother recently had a stroke and Dr. Lovato was very caring, understanding and patient. We felt very comfortable with her and her staff. Thank you for being amazing!
