DR Muller is wonderful and explains everything. The staff is courteous and clearly cares about each and every patient.

Everyone was very courteous and professional. The doctor and her tech were very knowledgeable and able to share new insights and suggestions about my eyes. I have been coming here for several years and have found “my” eye doctor!!

Dr Billings is awesome. I wouldn't take my family anywhere else. Her assistant who helps with the exam is nice and very congenial. The gal at the front desk (WDM). That's a different story and has always been. Her "bedside manner" is terrible and if it wasn't for Melissa, would have found a different place to go years ago.

Loved my doctor. Will be back because of her. I felt a little uncomfortable with the front desk people. I didn't get a warm feeling I was hoping for. Also, I didn't appreciate them starting to have me take a test that I would have to pay out of pocket for. It wasn't u too I asked if the test cost that I found out I would be required to pay because it wasn't covered under insurance. Had my boyfriend not experienced something similar at a different place, I wouldn't have known that it costs and to ask about it. I prefer to choose what I want to spend my money on. The doctor was amazing. She made sure to make me feel comfortable and took the time to answer any questions without making me feel rushed. Dr. Shepherd was awesome!!

Doctors and optician were great during exam and when helping choose and fit glasses. I wish the receptionist would be a little more friendly.

I felt very informed in my last meeting with the doctor. I was impressed with how the therapist worked with my son - recognizing he's 5 and giving him a little cardio break and how effectively she got him to participate in the therapy activities. I think setting up appointments is not super smooth, but just takes a little work and it's fine.

I have been a patient at Vision Park for a number of years. On a recent visit I was diagnosed with double vision in my right eye. Dr Triebel suggested Physical Therapy for the eyes. I have to say I am very happy with the results. There are very few Dr.s that do PT for the eyes, I am so glad I have one that does. I would highly recommend Dr. Triebel & staff.

I appreciated Dr. Billings thoroughness. One small negative is that I could not get a follow up appointment for additional testing that Dr Billings recommended until a month later, in May.
