The staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Zackerman (I hope I spelled that correctly) took the time to explain things to me. She put me at ease and reassured me that the changes in my aging eyes are to be expected and we will monitor as needed.

Thorough testing, did not feel rushed through the appt, all questions were addressed.

All was good. The young ladies up front at the desk were VERY pleasant and helpful on picking out new glasses and what insurance will pay and not pay. Dr Host was VERY good at explaining what he's doing at every test he did. The office was clean and smelled good too. All the above made it a nice place to relax and enjoy the exam.

Dr. Host always takes the time to explain things which is good. I’ve been diagnosed s diabetic and he explained how important it is to get control of it now as my eyes are still good. I’ve gone to him for many years and have always been happy with his service.

Dr. Post listens very well. It's clear that he wants to find the same solutions as his patients. I first came to doctor Host for a Social Security second-opinion review. He's now my go-to for diabetic exams and to make sure my purtscher's retinopathy is not causing additional bleeding. I feel like more than a patient, and actually a person, when I walk through those doors. Thanks for your caring approach, I'll see you in 6 months!

Dr. Host was great, as well as the receptionist closest to the checkin window. I was not as happy with the other girl when I was trying to figure out pricing on the glasses I wanted. This is only my second time ever purchasing glasses, so I’m not very familiar with the process or how insurance works with it all. She was short and snippy with me, and I had NO IDEA if she needed anything else from me, if she with done with me, or anything else. I ended up just walking out, less than impressed with that interaction.

You listen to me and answered all my questions. And the stAff was amazing even though she was working short handed, she still answered my questions and didn't make me feel like I was bothering her or intruding on her time.
