Dr. Le and the receptionists were very welcoming and friendly as were the dental technicians. I do have one bit of critical feedback: the room I was in both of the two times I’ve been there is in drastic need of renovation. I don’t think Dentist-SC offices need to be super fancy – that always looks like a waste of money to me, but the state of that room is, frankly, Third World - Missing parts of the baseboard were missing from where, unfinished holes in the baseboard, very dented walls, the window dressing doesn’t cover the

I was quickly attended to at a moments notice with a commitment to the best solution to the problem on a long term basis, thus getting the most for my money.

Lynn does an EXCELLENT job cleaning my teeth and giving me dental advice every 6 months! She pleasant, professional, conscientious and provides terrific service!

Dr Li really went the extra mile in order to prepare my tooth for a new ceramic crown, make the new crown, and cement it in place, all in one single day. He stayed after hours in order to do this, which I appreciate. Plus, it seems he did a fabulous job, too. The new crown is very comfortable in my mouth, and my gums healed rapidly from the procedure.

Vu H Le DDS did an amazing job of noticing and filling a tooth, keeping it from becoming a problem. I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of his staff. Kristen is my go to gal for cleaning and maintenance. Thank you!

Please feel free to share this review wherever you wish. As a decades-long patient of Dr. Dari Vogel, I am very familiar and comfortable with the location and ambiance of Dr. Le's office. After Dr. Le's unhurried and comprehensive attention to and advising on my problem, I almost feel like a dental-school student rather than a patient. This was a very informative and educational visit. Dr. Le has an excellent "chairside manner," is friendly and easy to talk to, answers all questions completely and well, and seems extremely competent. He is also geared up with lots of the latest in dental technology. And Angela and Vanessa of his staff are also a pleasure to deal with. I truly feel that anyone looking for a dentist in the Santa Cruz area should give Dr. Le a try.

I appreciated the professionalism; was warm and friendly. I also appreciated that Dr. Le briefly explained what he was going to be doing and the purpose. . .the reason for the "covering of the mouth with latex," etc. In our conversations, I picked up he was very detail oriented and took pride in being able to provide excellent customer service. . .I would recommend him to others. Unfortunately, I do not participate in using any social medias.

I'm so grateful to Dr. Le. He did an excellent and precise job on three crowns in one day, on his day off. He explained everything, using computer images to show how my gums were swollen due to poorly made crowns in the Philippines. And another tooth had chipped, exposing the root, which later proved to also be ready to chip even more. I'm really glad to have new crowns and not worry about losing my teeth.

I was really impressed by the state of the art equipment and precision of Dr. Le. He and his assistants were willing to come in on their day off and work a full day so I could get three crowns before traveling to Europe in 2 days. My mouth feels so much better already.

I had a very difficult tooth that needed to be improved. It was the very back bottom tooth. Dr. Le employs fabulous technology to provide crown profiles that fit extremely well and look terrific. He is patient, careful and strives to "get it right."

Great and kind! I'd been a patient of Dr. Vogel for decades and I saw Dr. Le last week for the first time. I am so impressed with his professional knowledge and patience. He helped remove my painful tooth after thoughtful consideration of multiple x-rays. It took a while, but he and his assistant did a very good job! It was after hours and an emergency situation. My front tooth crown came off: what a smile! I came in on good luck and lucky I was. After a little wait, the crown was back on. Everybody was kind and helpful. I am impressed with Dr. Le's skills. This is the place I will go to with any dental problems.

My experience was big. I have never had such a dental procedure prior to this, being 76 years old and needing so little dentistry in my adult life. What Dr. Le found in my x-ray was significant decay in a molar that would very likely require a root canal. What? Root canal? Me? Since there was not enough time for that procedure, he set out to at least do his best to stop the decay until we could schedule a root canal. He felt that there was a 10-20% chance that the decay had not entered the blood stream. While he worked, each side of the tooth looked good. He said the if all the sides were still with integrity he would be able to stop the decay and repair the tooth. He worked with such precision and focus I was deeply impressed. His assistant Vanessa was working with him and anticipating each of his needs, and with her assistance, Dr. Le was able to save the tooth. It took him quite a while and he never lost focus or showed any sign of fatigue or pressure that he was running overtime. I have already referred Dr. Le to my good friend whom I was with last night and who needs to find a dentist. I know Dr. Le's practice will flourish and i am grateful to have landed in his care yesterday.. R. L.

Dr. Le is an excellent Dentist, caring, very precise & skilled. He prepped a front crown for me yesterday morning, and by afternoon, it was ready & is perfect in fit/color. I appreciate his expertise & finesse.

My new crown seems to be absolutely perfect. It is the third crown to be put on this tooth. Neither of the other two, done by different dentists, were ever right. Dr Le was able to determine what needed to be done, which was complicated, and he did it. I am very relieved and very grateful to him for this.
