My experience was the best I’ve had in years. The made me feel relaxed instead of anxious at their office. Everyone was pleasant. The dentist explained step by step what she was doing which put me at ease along with informing my daughter. Dr. Ribiero and her staff are both professional and accommodating. As a millennial that can't tie their own shoes without assistance and a 20minute youtube video, I've been away from the dentist for too long. Upon return I've got a list of unaddressed issues I need to get addressed this year. I'm in good hands. This most recent video was to correct a poorly fitting crown. The good doctor also saw a tooth they knew needed to go. They had me get a second opinion first. Doc's also done something no other dentist (I've only seen 3. One I grew up with, Forrester, and now Ribiero) has done - educate me on EXACTLY what is going on. What it looks like, where the problem spots are. "This is a cavity, look, it hooks when I poke into it. This isn't good, bacteria gets into spots like these." I've got nothing but good things to say. This is the best crown in my bite, and I feel confident going forward that if anything else happens to my teeth, I'm in good hands.

I was reluctant to get Invisalign. Dr. Ribero and staff finally convinced me that it was a good idea to get them for oral health reasons. I just started a few days ago and it’s not painful at this time. They treat you like family at Westwood Village Dental. I look forward to the final results. Thank you
