Hands down THE BEST dental experience ever! Vanessa was very gentle during my cleaning, and did not shame me for waiting so long between cleanings-I fully plan to keep my upcoming cleaning in 6 months-in fact I look forward to it!

Wildwood Dental is caring andaccomodating from the second one comes in...the office staff, the dental assistant all kind and professional. Dr. Sheppard is very skilled at his profession as a second generation dentist. The work was completed without pain, no side effects from the numbing agent and my smile is perfect now! Thank You !

My visit with Dr. Sheppard was as close to pleasurable as it's possible to get with a dentist. The staff is friendly, the clinic is cheerful and as for Dr. Sheppard I don't have enough words to describe how great he is! He examined me, advised me and fit me with a composite filling so fast efficiently and painlessly that my husband was still halfway through the crossword puzzle in the waiting room! I've never had a shot as pain free as his. He also worked within my economic situation to find a solution. His genial personality is the icing on the cake! I strongly recommend him as a great dentist on all levels.

Very personable staff, very pleased with overall experience

I liked the fact that Dr. Shepherd was very friendly and engaging. I think too many dentists are a little standoffish. I think it's difficult though to know where you draw the line, so I understand. Nevertheless, it was a nice change. The hygienist, Vanessa, has a great personality and was very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that according to the $89 special coupon I received in the mail, the teeth cleaning and x-rays also came with a dental teeth whitening kit. When I inquired from the woman who took the x-rays she said (without looking at me) that I would get that once I got the deep cleaning done. That bit of information was not clear on the coupon and I feel is misleading. If that is the case, then you need to make sure people understand that, otherwise it might make your customers doubt other information that you give out. Also, I was told to come early because there was paperwork to fill out. I had to remind Courtney that I was supposed to fill out paperwork.

Very personable, relaxed and non pretentious, yet efficient and thorough. A pleasure, if one could use such a word in reference to visiting the Dentist.

Today's visit to your positive and caring office was a reflection of dental care during my recent retirement . . . I was somewhat prepared for the news of problems that needed to be addressed . Sadly, I am overwhelmed at the cost that will be incurred to fix all ! Thankfully, I was sent to a compassionate and understanding Dentist and Staff who made me feel that I was "in good hands" ! ! No shame or guilt crept into my visit . Rather, I felt that I could take care of whapt needed to be done , one step at a time due to comforting advice and information . . . You ALL should be proud of how you care about and treat you patients ! I feel blessed to have found my way to you , , .
