My appointment was efficient and I thought the retainers were appropriately priced

My retainer broke and I was able to replace it easily. Samantha helped me and was very nice and professional. It was a very positive experience. I would return without any hesitation.

The assistant was great

The technician was ready for me on time. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. While not an easy job, she performed the installation on my teeth without pain.

Unfortunately Invisalign was not for me. Fortunately, the office was professional, timely, and clean. I went to the dentist a day after getting my Invisalign attachments off and the hygienist couldn’t stop raving about how cleanly the orthodontic assistant got all the glue off. Said she wanted to call and tell them what a good job they did, ha!

Everyone were very friendly and professional. I felt relaxed and comfortable.

Dr. Pakravan and everyone at Windy City Orthodontics made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They thoroughly explained what I could expect with my invasilign treatment including how long it would be, costs, attachments, movement of teeth etc. Getting this treatment was a big decision, however everyone from the friendly front desk staff to all the dentists have made this process very simple and enjoyable. Erica was especially patient and gentle while putting in my attachments and did an excellent job. I would highly recommended this office for invasilign treatment or any other orthodontic needs!

AMAZING! Staff was great, incredibly friendly and helpful. Appointment scheduling was easy and the visit was quick. I was from out of town and needed an emergency fix. One of the best experiences I've had with an appointment in a really long time. Great staff coupled with a great experience.You can't go wrong with Windy City Ortho. I would highly recommend.

This was one of the best experiences I have had since moving to Chicago! I lost my retainer after moving here from Michigan and did not want to have to go home to get a new one. I found you guys on google maps with glowing reviews. Everyone in the office was so nice, helpful, and friendly and I’m planning on recommending Windy City Orthodontists to anyone who needs an ortho. Also super conveniently located!
