Dr. Andy's skills are extraordinary. I highly appreciate the fact that he avoids popping of joints and just uses his 'magical' hands for treatment. It's often very interesting, he's just brushing the surface of a particular spot here or there, but surprisingly it does something good in the body. Leaving your office after a treatment means that my body always feels great afterwards. Another kind of feedback: the appearance of your office, when walking in. The first impression is not really good, to say the least. The first I saw was paperwork, I've got a feeling of disorganized habits, the top surfaces are covered with things all over, in addition there are flyers and other information taped on, etc. So, my first picture is kind of an organized mess. Another hint of that your setup is not perfect, is the fact, that you often have to ask new customers to move around the counter, to the other side. My recommendation for a change / restructuring of your office is A) asking an expert for help, which involves $$$; B) research for yourself the 5S (methodology) or 5S Kaizen and implement that philosophy. Those are my two cents :)
