The office was clean and the staff including the dental hygienist, and the dentist. They thoroughly went over my history since this was my first visit. Asked if I had any questions or concerns. Hygienist did a good job with cleaning and X-rays snd was very friendly and caring. The dentist came in to check my teeth and explained everything to me. She was very friendly and caring too. I felt welcomed and will be back in 6 months for my next appointment. I would recommend Dr. Ream to all.

Dr. Ream is as gentle as she is brilliant. I cannot say enough about her professionalism as well as her knowledge and ability.

The Doc had a gentle touch and a kind disposition. She even came out to the waiting room to apologize for running behind. As a new patient with a young son accompanying me for his annual visit, I was appreciative of her instructional tips related to maintaining healthy gums and teeth. My only complaint is that I wish parking was easier; my meter was tagged 5 minutes before getting to my car.

By far, the best experience I've ever had with a new dentist! My previous dentist had messed up quite a bit of work on my teeth. Dr. Ream took quite a bit of time checking each and every tooth, and showing me what she would do to fix them. I was also very happy with her office staff! Very kind, professional people who went above and beyond to check with my insurance multiple times. They did not want me to have to pay out of pocket, which was a possibility because I was just at my old dentist just 4 months ago. I can't say enough about Dr. Ream and her staff! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I scheduled four appointments for myself and my three children. Our only complaint is that we were in the office from 4pm until 6:45pm. Our first appointment time was at 4pm but it ended up being closer to 4:45pm. These were four 6 month check ups and no one had any issues. It would have been better for us if we could have been seen two at a time to minimize our wait time.

I really like Dr. Ream and think she does an excellent job. I did not like the fluoride treatment at all, though. This was the first time I had it and will not be getting it again. It was extremely sticky and got all over my lips. It was very hard to rub off. Other than that, it was an overall good experience.
