Dr. Larson went above and beyond for a last minute eye injury I had. He was able to get me immediate care and made sure my recovery was carefully monitored. What excellent customer service and attentive care. Above and beyond experience.

From the day I came in , to see to could by my glasses fixed. I was pleasantly greeted and was asked how could they help me. They squeezed me in for next day eye exam , Dr. Larsen and staff have always took great care of me and promptly, I could not ask for any better service they have went beyond the call of duty and found me my frames that had been discontinued. Plus the next day hey called with my new glasses they were ready for me also . I,am extremely satisfied with the service they all were great Dr .Larsen knew what needed very professional . And reccommend them highly.

I picked up my new glasses today. I have been here a few times, and I have always had a very good experience with them. I like Dr. Larsen a lot, and the front office staff has been very helpful.

I was greeted by the front desk girls with a smile and was seen right away by Dr. Larsen. He genuinely cared about the well being of my eyes and was very thorough in his examination. It was easy to talk to him about my questikns and concerns. He walked me out of the exam room after I was done and showed me the selection of glasses available. It was a wide variety of styles of frames, which made it overwhelming at first, but a little help from the girls at the front desk made it easy. Superb customer service. Top notch!
