Our son has been seeing Dr. Janic for about 8 years now and every time she walks in it’s like she just saw him yesterday. It means a lot when to us that she truly remembers him, not just his chart. And the whole staff from check-in to check-out is superb!

Professional and caring team whom my daughter has been visiting for over 5 years now! She has always had Roberta clean her teeth- she is patient, kind and funny. Most importantly she seems to enjoy her job and my daughter looks forward to her dentist visits.

The office environment is comfortable and friendly. Staff members are professional and have a personal touch. Our recent interaction was for a check up and cleaning. While there there were also X-rays taken which were done in an efficient manner. Our hygienist and dentist communicated to both my daughter and me in a way that was easy to understand.

I recommend this practice to everyone- I am so very grateful for everything they have done for my son. They achieved what no other dentist could do for us- they got him to settle down enough to get his teeth cleaned, checked and even x-rayed!! I can’t even describe what a relief it was for all of us.

We have been going to the office for several years and always is a pleasant experience. Cleanings seem very quick and the Dentist hardly acknowledges the patient or parent but seems to get the job done. Sometimes “conveyor belt systems” are good and sometimes could be a little better. This was the first visit someone actually asked me if we had dental coverage and they would be happy to submit the claim. I was very appreciative of them asking.

Chloe had a great experience despite her cavities. Dr. Gordon was so professional explaining her findings without letting Chloe hear her. I had my mom take my daughter to check out a baby tooth that started growing into her gum line because a new tooth was growing in and it was not going to fall out on it's own. She ended up needing it pulled. My daughter was so nervous but said the dentist did such an amazing putting the needle in to numb it that she barely knew what was happening. I have been taking my kids here for 15 years and the dentists and techs and people in the office are always so kind and in tune with my kids. Thank you for your amazing work and dedication!

Dr Gordon and Carla work well as a team to provide the highest quality dental care. They always do a thorough job and explain things well to the patient and parent. I also like that Dr Gordon is conservative in her approach and doesn’t “over xray” my child, rush to fill spots developing into cavities or pull wisdom teeth unless the evidence suggests it’s necessary, and pros and cons are discussed and a plan of action is agreed upon. And when my child needed a cavity filled, she made sure my child was as comfortable as possible and worked to overcome her fears so she wouldn’t be scared to return to the dentist. We love the staff and the doctor! We just wish appointments ran closer to on time than past experience. It’s inconvenient to arrive at least 15 min before appointment time only to be called back 15 after and still wait at least 15 to begin the appointment. And this is for a 9 am appointment. We have found these delayed times a consistent occurrence for the past several years.

My sister and I went to Dr. Gordon as children, so when I had my son that is where I took him. The staff is wonderfully patient and work so well with the children. If there is ever a problem they will get you in right away. I can not sing their praises enough!

Dr. Janik fixed my son’s front tooth, which had a large chip in it, within a couple of hours of when he took a bad fall. She did an amazing job and the entire staff is always extremely friendly and helpful!

Dr. Gordon and staff were excellent treating my son, who was quite timid and apprehensive about “the dentist”. She was cognizant of his threshold for restorative work and decided, with my approval, that a second appointment would be the best approach to ensure that my son would be comfortable returning to the dentist. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend!
