You called me when you could get me in earlier with my dentist for an emergency during the pandemic. Dr. Janis was clear about what she could do for me and even though it was painful and she apologized for hurting me, I totally understood and I KNOW she didn't do it on purpose, sometimes it's going to hurt before it gets better! Your people are so MUCH better than the office I left to come to you!!!

I was unable to get my dentist because she was on spring break and when she got back I had to wait for 2 weeks to get in. I appreciate you taking a new patient as quickly as you did. Dr. John did the best job of freezing my jaw that I ever had. Almost no pain at all. He had a very difficult time pulling the roots out from the tooth that broke off and that whole side of mouth is still very sore after 4 days.

I was taken back with Angie quickly after arriving. Angie is very thorough and professional. I appreciate being able to continuously have her do my procedure. Have always had a pleasant experience at McLaren. Neither hygienist nor dentist are “pushy.” Our previous dentist told my husband he needed thousands of dollars of work. When he declined, the dentist wouldn’t even say hello on his next visit. We both dumped her like a hot potato!

Only weird thing was the dentist completed multiple filling and walked out. He didn’t even say goodbye or provide and instructions. He is not too busy to converse with his patients. Please be more aware of that in the future.

Hygienist was very friendly, listened and responded, teeth cleaned well. Dr talked about how my bite isn't awful, but may benefit long term from straightening. Answered questions about whitening, mentioning that invisiline patients get custom whitening free. When checking out Zach gave me estimate for invisiline saying if I purchase before end of month, he can give me custom bleaching at no cost. This seemed like a pressure sale, implying that if I hurry to sign up I'll get bleaching free - although Dr directly said all invisiline customers get it free (without any mention of time limit).

Jennifer is great with our daughter, we wouldn't have any other hygienist work with her! My only frustration with the visit is that we need to go to a pediatric dentist for a found minor issue and they don't have openings for a month for new patients and are foreseeing prolonging the issue over multiple visits because they don't know my daughter and won't take McLaren's diagnostics. It would have been more helpful to be able to just take care of it in our normal office timely and at less cost with now needing multiple visits to the peds office.

McLaren Dental is simple the best. I received another relaxed experience in a comforting atmosphere. The entire staff I interacted with during my visit was, once again, great. I was greeted warmly at the front desk and called back promptly. I needed some work done on a cavity and Dr. Janos knocked it out of the park. Dr. Janos has worked on me a few times and she always does a fantastic job. My visit only took about fifteen minutes and I didn’t really experience any discomfort. Overall, another good experience throughout my appointment. I’m always greeted warmly when I arrive by the nice woman at the front desk and this time was no different. She also tidied up the waiting area while I was there, which I felt deserved appreciation. My hygienist was very nice as well and felt she did a very good job making me feel at ease and making my cleaning as painless as possible. She also communicated some things I need to be mindful of with my daily brushing. The doctor was professional and transparent when he checked me over. My only criticism was that when the appointment was setup months ago, it was for ten minutes earlier then what was communicated with my reminder the week of. Also, I usually have to wait a few minutes past my appointment before I’m called back. These are extremely minor things however and didn’t really take away from the positive experience I had. Another job well done by the staff I interacted with.

I had one tooth that needed to have some enamal added at the top, and that procedure went well. A perfect match in color. Both my husband and I had our teeth cleaned, polished, and I had fluoride at the end of the appointment. The entire staff are all very professional and very courteous, and we highly recommend their dental service.

My sons whole experience was great. The staff was amazing in their care, the speeiness of an emergency appointment was awesome. Only complaint is that my son's name had been spelled wrong on documents.

I called as a new patient with an emergency situation and they were able to get me in the next morning. Everyone was very professional and took the time to explain all of my options, costs, and copays before removing my broken tooth. Dr Charles was very thorough but careful.

My visit for cleaning and exam went very well, hygienist was attentive and helpful.  She understood the effort I put into oral care.  Dr Charles was honest and thorough.  But I was not happy with check out, believe his name was Zak.  He is there for clerical and insurance questions but he acted like he was my dentist/hygienist.  While he was not part of my exam or the conversation in the exam, he lectured me about what would happen to my tooth if I did not schedule a crown.  I was very uncomfortable with him and will tell him so if he tries this again with me.   This has never happened to me in your office before or other dentist offices.

Angie does a great job of explaining things and making me feel comfortable. Met the new doctor this time, Melissa. We will MEDC yo get yo know each other and that will come with time 😊

The office is attractive, clean and comfortable...very patient friendly. The equipment is current and Top Of The Line. Of course Dr Charles and Dr John are top level Dentists and great guys. Each visit has gone well. Visits to the dentist fill me with a lot of anxiety but the staff has done a good job of making sure I’m as comfortable as I can be. The staff has done a great job of making sure I do not feel any pain and if I do, they’ve been patient with me and accommodating, which has been reassuring. The communication of what they’re doing has been good and their calming presence has been infectious. The atmosphere has been very professional but I would love it to be a little more genial and warm to really feel comfortable. Overall, the staff members I’ve had contact with have done a very good job.

The usual professional and thorough cleaning(Prophylaxis) appointment with preventive Topical Fluoride. My exam resulted in finding problems to be taken care of soon. The staff and Dr's. are friendly and concerned. I recommend them often.

Will you please fix All of the chairs. Some are great, but some really are lame. I want the vibrate to actually work OK? I actually ask for Room 4 because it was the only one that the chair worked right. Now room 4''s chair sucks too. These rub and vibrate chairs are a Godsend when I visit. Never like having my teeth worked on, but the working chairs used to be a real pleasure. Again fix ALL of them Please. I wanna actually feel the chairs work not the dentist work.
