You called me when you could get me in earlier with my dentist for an emergency during the pandemic. Dr. Janis was clear about what she could do for me and even though it was painful and she apologized for hurting me, I totally understood and I KNOW she didn't do it on purpose, sometimes it's going to hurt before it gets better! Your people are so MUCH better than the office I left to come to you!!!

I was unable to get my dentist because she was on spring break and when she got back I had to wait for 2 weeks to get in. I appreciate you taking a new patient as quickly as you did. Dr. John did the best job of freezing my jaw that I ever had. Almost no pain at all. He had a very difficult time pulling the roots out from the tooth that broke off and that whole side of mouth is still very sore after 4 days.

I was taken back with Angie quickly after arriving. Angie is very thorough and professional. I appreciate being able to continuously have her do my procedure. I was pleased that the doctor had some ideas as to why I was continuing to experience pain in a tooth that had long ago received a root canal.

The 1st time in my life where I did not feel the drill while a cavity was being repaired. You have no idea how much I appreciated that. Everyone whom I spoke with was polite and professional. Questions were listened to and answered immediately. I am very happy to be with this dentist.

Have always had a pleasant experience at McLaren. Neither hygienist nor dentist are “pushy.” Our previous dentist told my husband he needed thousands of dollars of work. When he declined, the dentist wouldn’t even say hello on his next visit. We both dumped her like a hot potato!

The young lady cleaning my teeth, was fantastic. She did an awesome job. I would highly recommend her. I will never go to another dentist office, because the staff at McLaren dental is great. They care about their patients. Outstanding services. Thank you.

Only weird thing was the dentist completed multiple filling and walked out. He didn’t even say goodbye or provide and instructions. He is not too busy to converse with his patients. Please be more aware of that in the future.

Hygienist was very friendly, listened and responded, teeth cleaned well. Dr talked about how my bite isn't awful, but may benefit long term from straightening. Answered questions about whitening, mentioning that invisiline patients get custom whitening free. When checking out Zach gave me estimate for invisiline saying if I purchase before end of month, he can give me custom bleaching at no cost. This seemed like a pressure sale, implying that if I hurry to sign up I'll get bleaching free - although Dr directly said all invisiline customers get it free (without any mention of time limit).

My last cleaning was good experience. I experienced some pain but overall it was minimally invasive procedure. I also had an enjoyable conversation at the end with nice woman who took my payment and scheduled my next visit.

Jennifer is great with our daughter, we wouldn't have any other hygienist work with her! My only frustration with the visit is that we need to go to a pediatric dentist for a found minor issue and they don't have openings for a month for new patients and are foreseeing prolonging the issue over multiple visits because they don't know my daughter and won't take McLaren's diagnostics. It would have been more helpful to be able to just take care of it in our normal office timely and at less cost with now needing multiple visits to the peds office.

McLaren Dental is simple the best. I received another relaxed experience in a comforting atmosphere. The entire staff I interacted with during my visit was, once again, great. I was greeted warmly at the front desk and called back promptly. I needed some work done on a cavity and Dr. Janos knocked it out of the park. Dr. Janos has worked on me a few times and she always does a fantastic job. My visit only took about fifteen minutes and I didn’t really experience any discomfort. Than you Dr. Janos and the entire staff at McLaren for the amazing job you do.

The entire staff here is top notch! Dr. Janos and Angie are so wonderful! They both take the time to explain everything they will be doing, they answer all of my questions. Angie knows I am terrified of coming to the dentist but she makes sure it is pain free the entire time! Angie has made my experience at the dentist absolutely wonderful and she always takes the time to make sure I am okay before and after!
