I liked seeing how clean everything looked. As I walked down the hallway to the examination room, each room looked immaculate. It was enjoyable to meet Dr. O’Connor and all the personnel in the office. I was pleased with my hygienist Kristin and hope she takes care of me next time.

Dr. O’Conner and her team are some of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Unfortunately I’ve had to have a lot of work done, and Dr. O’Conner has taken it in stride...even with me transferring to her in the middle of my treatment from a different dentist. Everyone at Serenity Dental is super friendly and just welcoming, even offering hugs when my dental treatment isn’t going to plan. Seriously, just an all around wonderful team! Also, they’ll work with you in payments! I hit my yearly payout with my insurance crazy fast this year and Serenity Dental is conscious of the cost and they do what they can to help where they can. It’s greatly appreciated :) In conclusion, just come here. You won’t regret it!!

Serenity staff is always welcoming and eager to assist with the needs of our family. I have been a patient of Dr. O’Connor’s for several years, she is the consummate professional, highly knowledgeable in her field and is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Dr. O always takes the time to explain the work that she’s performing and refers me to Specialist (when needed) to ensure that my oral health is a priority. I’ll admit that as a kid I literally hated the dentist office, but I honestly look forward to going to Serenity 4 times a year. I’ll add that the ALL female staff are the apples that didn't fall far from the tree (so to speak), so add’l Kudos and recognition to Kristen, Lori, Eve & Candace.
