The wait time took a while. It began almost 30 mins after scheduled, but it was fast and efficient once the appointment got started.

Staff is great, only issue for me was maybe over communicate a bit more. I must have misheard the dentist inform me to let her know if the pain is too intense to dial down the drill because it was really intense. Also the beginning screen by the dental hygienist was probably the most uncomfortable screen I've experience in a while. Maybe it was due to the lack of experience or something but it didn't feel very smooth and started to feel very irritating. The mouth piece wasn't fully covered and had bite marks all over it. Felt kinda gross and question how this is cleaned.

Always fantastic service

My 10 year old had developed a cavity. Dr Shah didn’t rush us into filling procedures. Once scheduled, she made her best attempts at calming him as obviously he was anxious due to him getting an injection inside his mouth and the procedure in general. Overall I feel her experience speaks for her!
