Everyone had my comfort at the top of their list. When I came out of surgery my pain level was a 10*. The nurse in charge of me was so compassionate, she worked diligently until my pain level was 0. I walked out with a smile on my face.

The hole crew were very accommodating but therrow .everyone was interested in you they ask my name my birthday and why I was there .

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Waiting time was short. Overall à good experience. Here is what I didn't like. When I had to sign the consent forms they were on a monitor and that one was behind the bed. They pulled it around, but in no way could I read what was worded in the papers I signed. That has to change! I should be able to sign the papers at check in when I have time to go over them and ask questions. Not right before surgery when there is no time to go over the paper. This infringed on my rights on making an informed decision. I have no clue what I signed, but I did because I felt pressured, do to the pending surgery and I was already prepped. I'm upset about that.

Staff was AMAZING!! I felt so comfortable and at ease with an uneasy situation. Anytime you go in for any type of surgery it is scary!! I went in extremely nervous, but leading up to my surgery, my anxiety level diminished tremendously because the staff was so kind and made me feel like I was in wonderful hands! After I woke up from surgery, the nurses were wonderful and answered all of my questions leaving me very reassured that I had nothing to worry about and if I needed anything, they were there to help in anyway possible. They did a follow up call to check on me and make sure I was doing ok! Wonderful place to have out patient surgery!! Thank you!!!

Everyone was very friendly and professional. My experience was great, other than the surgical tape on my eyelids during the procedure that caused a major rash/irritation for a week. I wish they used something more gentle for that skin area.

Exc ellent c are! Nurses so friendly and answered all questions. Anesthesiologists assured me they would keep a good eye on me while I was under. In recovery, I was told how procedure went and all information about what to do when I got home. I felt safe and cared for. Doctor also answered my questions and informed my husband afterwards.

As I’ve been there 3 times, the check in Registration man (sorry I don’t know his name) has ALWAYS been friendly, and very accommodating. He definitely delivers excellent customer service and is a great asset to your surgical center. Also, very impressed with your (new female) Anesthesiologist & AN; they were kind, understanding & made me feel a little more at ease (since I was feeling some anxiety). The recovery nurse was also very kind & helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t get everyone’s name on this last visit but my surgery was on 05/02/22; checked in at 11:am. Please give do recognition to those that I’ve mentioned. Thank you for having picked such wonderful employees.

Everything was fully explained before I went into surgery. They made very comfortable and helped with any anxiety I was feeling. After surgery, someone was with me until I was fully awake. I would highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough positive things regarding my visit to your surgery center. The lady who greeted us upon arrival was filling in for someone else. She was excellent and kind. My pre-op nurse was excellent and did a great job starting my IV and getting me prepared for surgery. The anesthesiologist and cRNA were outstanding. I worked as a recovery room nurse for many years so really appreciated the cRNA and her importance to a team. Everyone was very thorough and competent. I was extremely nervous going into surgery especially about being under general anesthesia. From the individual that checked me in, to the care assistants, nurses, anesthesia team and of course Dr. Cannova, everyone was wonderful. They were all friendly & talkative, answered each of my MANY questions with professionalism. They made me feel extremely comfortable and I could tell they genuinely cared that I was well taken care of. In recovery, the nurses made sure that my pain was properly under control. They were gentle, understanding & patient with me, assisting me every step of the way until I was ready to go home. I have had 2 surgeries at other local surgicenters & this has been the best experience hands down. I hope not to have another surgery but if I have to, I would not go anywhere else!

I actually was scared to death but every member of the staff that I encountered put me at ease. I especially want to thank the nurse who took my vitals,etc. I do not remember her name but she was most excellent. She is the main one that put me at ease. I am a retired nurse of 39 years and that nurse knows her stuff. Just the little things can mean sooo much. Comforting words. Great compassion and such a great job!❤️

Everyone was so courteous and welcoming! Upon arrival we were quickly greeted and paperwork was started! The pre-op holding staff was efficient and so catering to our family and 2 year old! Procedure was quick and we were updated within minutes of it being completed! Recovery nurse was so sweet and brought us back as soon as our son was awake! We were so pleasantly surprised on arrival that restrictions were lifted and that 2 parents were allowed again! The staff was super friendly and efficient. They checked on me frequently and made sure I was comfortable. After surgery care was quiet and staff looked after me closely to make sure there were no issues. Overall a highly satisfied visit.

My visit was great! All the nurses were professional, kind and went above and beyond. I didn’t know I had a allergy to surgical tape. When I was moved to recovery, my nurse noticed it. She had the anesthesiologist and my surgeon come look. After the assessment I received a shot of Benadryl. The burning stoped quickly and redness started to dissipate. I woke up today with no burning and a very small amount of redness. The nurses called to check on me. I will recommend this surgical center.

Throughout the procedure, each and every person I interacted with was friendly and informative, explaining exactly what was going to happen and what his / her role was in that. Every attempt was made to provide for patient comfort physically and to allay any anxiety or concerns I may have had in what was a new and "slightly" stressful situation for me. I received a lot of help and support. Also really appreciated the nurse doing the IV numbing my hand area first before inserting the IV needle. The process was almost painless. All the friendly and helpful staff made a huge difference.

Great Service and Experience

Very professional with one exception. It’s time to knock off the restriction against spouses or designated person to enter and wait with the patient until taken back to surgery. One of my nurses had a bad cough and informed me she was recovering from bronchitis. She was delightful and very professional but it struck me as very bizarre that I was in close contact with someone who might have infected me with a pulmonary disease but my wife could not enter with me. We have both had Covid and it was less serious than our annual sinus and bronchial infections and far less severe than the pneumonia and flu we have gotten twice in the past five years despite being fully vaccinated against Covid, Flu and Pneumonia. Your staff is great as are the doctors but the continued Covid restrictions are not in keeping with your commitment to excellent medical care.

Staff was very nice and professional. Anesthesia was awesome! Only area that was inappropriate was the “financial” part of it. Too many phone calls asking for payment prior to the procedure. Payment should be at time of checkin, no need for all the harassment.

Everyone was very kind which is much appreciated especially if the surgery is frightening to the patient. I would like to recommend that you contact the family if the surgery is delayed. Due to Covid, the family may be waiting in the car and getting worried if no updates.

The staff of nurses and doctors could not have been more attentive. I think they are terrific. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering surgery. Please be patient with older patients considering modesty. Trying to get on the surgery table with a gown half on and pillows stuffed under my stomach was a challenge. To be covered up in back would have been a little more comforting. I knew my back side was going to be open to surgery. Just a little more kindness would have been appreciated. Deborah Haug

You all are that and more, from pre surgery (Danielle with a painless iv on the very first try - next to impossible with me!) to post (Susan so thorough, explanatory, and personable). Dr White and his operating staff (Pat and others making sure I was situated, especially with my old arthritic body.) were above comforting and experienced. Dr White’s scheduling nurse was so kind and personable in scheduling and rescheduling. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! so much. I am sharing my experience anytime I can!

The ENTIRE process I felt so loved and taken care of by people I have never met before. Bridget was my nurse, I let her know how much the IV process freaked me out and she did it seamlessly. Making sure I was calm, and out my hand under my blanket once she was done. I always felt comfortable with all the staff, and everyone throughout the process made sure I was doing okay. I think her name was Christine but the nurse who took care of me after, making sure I got my clothes on, keeping me updated on when my ride was arriving, and letting my ride know of all the important recovery items they needed to know.
