Great service

Dr Conway is amazing however the opticians that were working over the weekend were worthless. Zero help and did not communicate effectively or have people skills and also lacked professionalism. They gave no guidance on picking out frames for my child who was getting glasses for the first time. Went somewhere else to order the glasses as a result and the difference in service was night and day so big double thumbs down for the weekend optician/front end staff.

Dr. Conway was amazing! He was able to figure out so many of my challenges and was very thoughtful and helpful. And Larry at the front desk greeted me warmly when he saw me. He was very helpful with my insurance and ordering out my lenses . I would’ve given five stars but the two women at the front desk needed some help with Customer Service .

Dr Conway is so great, knowledgeable and tweaked my prescription to just where it needed to be. I have had a hard time finding someone to get a good fit and Rx on my contact lens and he did just that. Very excited to have found this amazing office!

Everything about the experience was exceptional. Dr. Conway was very engaging and knowledgeable - I am now seeing better than I have in years. Mary and Liz were also very customer service centric. Sooooo glad I found this group of highly competent folks. Highly recommended.

I could write pages about how much I appreciate Specs 20/20. Dr. Conway was the only health care professional to identify the major vision impairments I sustained from a car accident years ago and he has been my optometrist ever since. Fortunately, I fully recovered thanks to his help and I now highly recommend his clinic to everyone I know, including my physical therapy patients. They are always pleased with the thorough and practical examination he provides as well as the clinic's genuinely caring and helpful environment. Dr. Conway and his staff go above and beyond for me and my patients. We are very fortunate to have Specs 20/20 in our community!
