Dr. Bainer was thorough in his explanations and patient in answering my questions. The x-ray technician was friendly and efficient, and the hygienist was extremely gentle with my teeth. In the front office, I was warmly welcomed and my insurance questions were all answered. All in all, a great visit, and I look forward to continuing my dental care with Dr. Bainer in the future.

I went to the Smile Gallery last week for a regular teeth cleaning and the service was outstanding as usual. Mallory was the Hygienist and she did a thorough job and explained the process and her examination findings as she worked. The staff at SG are all friendly and helpful and Dr. Bainer is simply the best.

He's a fine dentist. I had to have a crown replaced last year. Had my mouth open for over an hr. The procedure itself was painless. He called me later in the evening to ask me how I was feeling. My upper jaw was a little sore from being open for an hr and a half, but that was all.

Dr. Bainer and his staff exude hospitality and I always feel less anxious once I enter. Going to the dentist usually causes much anxiety for me ... but I really feel like all the staff try to make it a positive experience for their patients. Of course, I appreciate the professional work they do too. I recommend Dr Bainer to all my friends. My dental hygienist, Mallory is terrific too! I give them 10 out of 10!
