My husband and I have been patients for years. My husband was so happy to see Sylvia and I saw Dawn for the second time. She was excellent and hope to see her for many years to come. It is very obvious that this is a happy office and work well as a team led by Dr. Ted.

My wife has used this office for all her dental work for years, now I've switched to them and can't be happier, wish I had sooner!

Dental visit was very good, Sylvia did a great job, she was very pleasant and is compassionate about her work. See you folks on my next 6 months visit.

It was lovely to have Sylvia back again, she is so personable and very good at her job. The 6 months go very quickly, Dr Ted always pops in to check my teeth at the end of the session and it is always a pleasure to see him too!

Dr. Ted has staff that has been with him for years which, in my opinion, says a lot about him. I like that they zero right in on the problem, never trying to do more work than is necessary. The energy in the office is always pleasant and relaxing.

I think my visit went well. Its been some years since I have seen a dentist. I was immediately acknowledged, given instructions for completeing the forms and only a few minutes between before being seated in the dental chair. The dental assistant was very friendly, kind and provided good information and instructions on the various procedures. Dr. Ted was kind and explained the process going forward.

Very Professional, Great Vibes throughout the building and Staff!! Loved the attention to detail with the new technology to screen for cancer each visit and able to see my xrays, pics and etc on the TV screen and to actually explain what everything means.. I'm am deathly scared of dentists I've had one too many bad experiences however I found my saving grace with Jill..... she is absolutely fantastic!!!!! Even if I got scared she gave me time to compose myself never left my side even wiped my tears.... she never made me feel ashamed of my teeth.... she takes care of you like you're one of her own family members! I thank you for that and I can now say I actually look forward to seeing the dentist ❤

Jill my hygienist was very nice and thorough.

The staff was so friendly and kind. The dentist assistant Sarah absolutely awesome! She took it slow and did not rush but yet efficient . I was more relaxed because of her demeanor. Sharing what the picture of my tooth; explaining the X-ray was fantastic. I love the modern technology. Then the doctor came in to confirm what she had shared and he had a great disposition as well shared with me my options and the reliability of each with both of my teeth. Excellent!

I would prefer to have hygienist who does not smoke moving forward. Seems minor but important to me as a patient.

I’ve been going to Westgate Dental for a couple years now. I don’t plan on ever switching unless I have to. This dentist office has always made me feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

You and your staff always make me feel welcome and are mostly prompt except for my most recent visit where I waited at least 15 minutes to be seen. Overall they are a great team.

Went in at 4:20 with a broken tooth. I was out before 5 o’clock completely repaired! Painless and quick!

Dawn was awesome. It's the first time I have had my teeth cleaned by her and she did a great job. I told her I was concerned about an area that was bothering me and that it was a tooth or near a tooth that I just had worked on. She educated me about sensitivity that might be caused by exposed dentin and how it might be solved by using a sensitivity toothpaste. She gave me some to try and said she would be calling me in a few days to see if that helped! Of course, she told me to call if it didn't seem to help, too.
