I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years. I went in for a bad toothache. The staff gave me 2 options and I opted to have the tooth removed. My overall experience was very positive. Friendly and professional staff. I'll definitely be making City Smiles my permanent dentist.

I forgot to take an antibiotic as required for my treatment. Not only did they provide one for me, but upon learning that I hadn’t eaten, they gave me a fruit bar and juice. The level of caring for the patients is outstanding. Thank you.

Danielle cleaned my teeth. This was the first time that she has done so. I always make appointments for Adrianna but she had car trouble and was not able to come in that day. Danielle was very nice and I enjoyed conversing with her. The reason for my comments today is to say that a few areas of my gums were so sore afterwards that I had to take Advil to enable me to concentrate at work that afternoon. The discomfort did not completely subside until the second day after the cleaning. I have never had discomfort after a cleaning before. Perhaps Danielle would benefit from additional guidance in this. This comment is meant to be constructive and not intended to get her in trouble with management.

I was so relieved, when I had a dental emergency, that City Smiles got me in first thing that same morning. All the staff were friendly. Everything was explained to me. A really good experience.

I have a difficult to change dental problem. It is being addressed with serious effort.

Overall, the experience was great! My kids were very comfortable with the hygienists and dentist. The one thing that I wished was communicated to my children, is the method, frequency, and duration of teeth brushing and flossing. Stating this directly to them seems an important part of dental hygiene education, but they did not do this until I asked explicitly for it. (The hygienist and dentist did say to me to brush twice a day, but I think that’s not enough.) Even having a short video on what kids need to do to learn how to care for their teeth would be awesome! Thanks!
