I was referred to Dr. Herron by another medical professional and I am so grateful that I called. Her medical assistant Erica is also compassionate and sweet and took the time to go over everything and what the future course of action would be. This is the right place for women who want to do something for themselves. I consulted with EVERY plastic surgeon in the Rogue Valley and clearly communicated my vision for myself. I had a breast reduction operation in 2013. I was happy immediately and I am still happy about how my surgery turned out. I didn’t even know the level of tension I was carrying in my neck and shoulders until it was gone. My breasts look and feel completely natural to my body and in the post surgical years my level of exercise has increased and been easier. Last October, at almost 68 years old, I hiked 1/2 of the Camino de Santiago with 23 pounds on my back and it was wonderful. Dr. Herron was an absolute pleasure to work with. I can recommend her and her staff with total confidence.

I was treated and welcomed. Staff was pleasant and supportive. The wait time was reasonable. Dr. Heron was kind and able to convey, to my understanding,the options that were open to me for reconstruction of my breasts after elective mastectomy for carcinoma of the breast stage two, invasive. Every option, each of their drawbacks and benefits were extensively presented in a comprehendible manner. My decisions were accepted and included in the plan of care that we created. The plan of care was very individualized . After my discussion with her, I was so relieved to know what the next step was and that knowledge was so comforting. I had already elected to have a bilateral mastectomy for the management of my cancer rather than lumpectomy fand radiation. Any further management will be decided after surgery. I have decided to delay my reconstruction until there is definitive evidence that there is no reasonable knowledge of metastases. Dr. Heron and her staff comprise one of the most enjoyable visit I’ve ever had with a physician who is so willing and kind in helping in bme make life-changing decisions. I appreciate the sensitivity of Patient Coordinator Heidi Filson. She is both professional and kind. Dr. Herren is warm and calm. I have every confidence in her skills because of the beautiful work she’s done with my husband and friends.

The staff I dealt with we're nice and helpful in getting desired and needed information and answering questions I had. This was true for all personnel including Dr. Herron. My only concern was, since I am not in the medical profession, was I provided all the information I needed for questions or issues I did not ask.

As always, I was greeted with warm friendly faces upon arrival and never left waiting but just a few minutes for my appointment. Dr. Herron and her staff always treat me with respect and professionalism with all questions and concerns answered. Thank you Girls for helping me with “my girls” 😍

Professioanlly communicated information about upcoming surgery. Thorough with appropriate written material to take away. Negative I was there at 10 for a 10 o clock appointment. I did not get in until after 10:30. .

I highly recommend The Elizabeth Institute. From the time I walked through the front door for my initial consult with Dr. Herron, I felt care and compassion from all staff members. Jessica was warm and friendly as she greeted me as a new patient, Heidi clearly communicated expectations for my surgery, Erica exuded warmth and compassion as she prepped me for surgery and is clearly very skilled and always very professional. Dr. Herron is a very warm provider and obviously very passionate about what she does. I was very impressed through my surgery. Dr. Herron always took great care in explaining her approach to my surgery and very thorough in addressing questions regarding my surgery and aftercare. I have great confidence in Dr. Herron and her very capable staff.

I had an outstanding experience at The Elizabeth Insitute. All staff were warm, compaarionate and caring. Dr. Herron was very clear in her plan of care for me and carefully communicated my options for care. Heidi, her nurse, was also very thorough and extremely personable, balanced with ultimate professionalism. Dr. Herron and Heidi did all they could to get me in soon for surgery given my skin cancer history. Both are superb listeners which is a critical character trait in a provider. I’m not Ashley like the automated text said, I’m Meghan. But I had a positive experience. My only “negative” feedback would be that I wish Dr. Herron had been more friendly when she entered the room. There was no smile, no “nice to meet you” or shaking of hands. She walked in and got right to it. Which is fine, but for that type of appointment, being a little more welcoming would have made me feel more comfortable.

I feel like Dr. Herron was both sensitive to my needs as well as thorough in her explanation of my procedures.

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff and with Dr. Herron. They were very professional and kind. I feel I will be safe during my surgery. I scheduled my mastopexy, and look forward to my new look!

The initial consultation was scheduled pretty far in advance, but once you are seen, they try to get the procedure itself on the calendar quickly. The doctor is very good, so worth the wait!

Elizabeth Institute had an Amazing event for breast cancer survivors! Wonderful being pampered and spoiled and a lot of fun connecting with other women. Dr. Herron is amazing she always goes above and beyond with her care and she has a very personable and friendly staff. Im so thankful Im going to her for my reconstruction. She was highly recommended to me by other breast cancer patients and I understand why. I would recommend her to anyone who is diagnosed with Breast Cancer.

Front office employee, the assistant who visited with us before the Dr. came in the room and the finance gal were all great. The Dr. however, didn’t introduce herself or address the two of us by name, just said hello and had her nose in the chart. This was my first experience with facial injectables. This is the answer for me instead of a face lift. I would never see anyone but Dr. Herron. I traveled four hours to get there. It is worth it. I will be back to finish the process in three months.

My son needed surgery that was not cosmetic, but the insurance denied his treatment stating it was considered coametic. After several denials, and a lot of work from this office, it was finally approved. I feel so thankful for this whole office. We had several follow up appointments and the Dr's personality is one of genuine care. I would highly recommend this office to everyone I know!

My surgery experience was really good, especially after surgery. I could see really good results the next day, the pain wasn't as bad and could go without pain killers. The wounds were so small that I am pretty sure they will just vanish. I am looking forward to the final results after all the swelling goes away :)
