the receptionist was so nice very helpful making my paperwork for my cataract surgery information the lady who helped me with my frame and explained all what my insurance was all about what it covered and to the doctor he was very nice and helpful explained about my cataract and how long I can go without surgery and so forth and so on he was just very patient with me and very professional. I was scheduled to go to the one on 4th Street and I had to reschedule for the one on Coors and Alameda and I think from now on I'll go there I thought you guys were a lot better all the way around.

Dr. JARRELL is great, compassionate and listens. The office staff professional and makes you feel so welcome, God bless everyone of you.

I have only had annual visits to date with Orbit and have been going to Dr. Carlile for exams and new glasses and contacts. Always very pleased with the appointments and treatment. Had an eye issue the end of last week and called for appointment. Spoke with Jessica and she called Dr. Carlile as he was in another location that day. She called me back within a short time, told me I could pick up Opcon-A eye drops to use over the weekend and Dr. Gerald would see me Monday morning as Dr. Carlile would not be there. Met Dr. Gerald for the first time and when he entered the room it was obvious that he was already fully aware of what my symptoms were, checked me out, gave me a prescription, explained how the medication would work and said to call back immediately if any issues came up. One could not ask for better attention and help. Really appreciated. So far I am still on the meds but I believe when done all will again be just fine. Again, I want to thank all for their concerns and help.

I was helped with pricing of my glasses in a very good way. The lady helping me (forget her name, blonde short hair) was truthful about all prices and helped me make knowledgeable decisions about features i need/didn’t need on my glasses and wasn’t trying to upcharge or sell me anything i didn’t need, which is one of the most important things. Dr. Jarill was efficient and wonderful as always. Love this practice.

Dr Sean Carlisle is so nice, caring, and understanding. The staff took me back before my appointment time and I was out in less than 15 minutes with my problem fixed and was even able to order new contacts. Such a great office- I've never had continuum of care with an eye doctor, but I continue to return because of the knowledge and service this office provides.

Dr Carsile is the best front office customer service are all awesome... just your glasses are too expensive with out insurance😢

The personnel were friendly and helpful, and Dr. Carlisle is nice. It would be nice to have a few minutes to talk to him about any prescriptions he gives and how important or otherwise they may be.
